Yeah... this was supposed to be a oneshot for the anime Soul Eater (SoulxMaka) but...since I feel extremely stupid for writing fanfics on Gaia, I just renamed Soul and Maka and made my own little world and I kinda made the characters my own! sweatdrop Hope you enjoy!

*Sumi's POV*
Michio is an arrogant pig. He is absolutely despicable, from his horrible attitude from his disgusting manners. He is COMPLETELY different from me, because, unlike him, I am polite, and I think about others.

Usually, I wouldn't care. I would ignore him completely and write in my journal about how much of a slob he is. But this is a very different circumstance. A very ironic circumstance, in fact.

Michio is my best friend.

I don't know how it happened. Really, I don't remember a thing. Maybe he was different back then. Maybe we got stuck together on a project and we kinda just clicked. Or maybe our parents met first and our friendship was forced on by our parents.

I know what you're thinking. "Why not just dump this Michio guy and find a new best friend?"

I know the answer to that question. I've asked myself a million-no, a trillion-times.

The reason why is because Michio is practically perfect to be my best friend. He helps me with everything-homework, boy troubles, and even bad hair days. He never gets pissed at me when I yell at him, and always apologizes first. He's always there for me to cry on his shoulder, and he's the only one that can calm me down when I throw a fit.

Don't be confused-Michio DOES have bad manners and a narcissist attitude. Just not to me.

Some kids at school ask me why I hang out with him, and I ask why it's so weird to be hanging out with Michio. They tell me of what he does when I'm not around, and the first time I heard of it, I was surprised.

I'm over it now.

Michio can be a jerk, and he has the most horrible attitude in the whole universe. He is terribly rude, and he is, undoubtly, a pig.

But so what?

Michio's my best friend.
