All Alone
As I fall into the darkness,
Calling out for help,
No one hears my screams,
No one hears me yelp.
Feeling very lonely,
Just wishing for someone.
Because living all alone,
Is never any fun.
Looking for the boy,
Who always caused me grief.
Saying that he loves me,
Which causes me to weep.
Seeing him with her,
Always makes me crazy.
So I’ll take away his world,
I’ll take away his baby.
Picking up my blade,
Lying on the table.
I try to calm myself,
Wishing I weren’t able.
So now I take that blade,
And cut in very deep.
I look back at him,
As I bleed and weep.
Now finally in the darkness,
I call once more for help.
He finally hears my screams,
He finally hears me yelp.
He jumps up from his chair,
And hurries to my side.
Saying to come back to him,
How he wished he never lied.
I lay there dying,
In his arms.
Never meaning
Any harm.
So now he did,
What he had to do.
He called the police,
They patched him through.
He went into the other room,
And left me for a while.
The distance, oh so very short,
Seemed like a thousand miles.
He came back a minute later,
With a chair and rope.
Wondering what he was thinking,
Though all I could do was hope.
He stood there standing,
On that chair.
Saying how life,
Just isn’t fair.
The rope now hanging,
From above,
He went after,
His one true love.
He hang right there,
Swinging from that rope.
I knew that I,
Had given up on hope.
My blood was cooling,
Turning bright.
So now I finally,
Give up my fight.
I heard the sirens.
I saw the lights.
All red and blue,
And flashing bright.
Before they arrived,
I slipped away.
Never living,
After today.
