PARTE 3

Beyond flipped through the pages a few times. He was surprised. When he heard the word 'exam' he only thought about it being about 3 pages, front and back. But instead he got a novel.
"Geez. Do they honestly expect me to finish in a week or two? God..."
He looked around the space around him for a pen or pencil. He looked through all his drawers, and found nothing.
"Crap." He was stuck. He wondered if Wammy had told his doctor about the orphanage and everything else, like the exam. That way, he wouldn't have to make up an excuse for asking her for a pen. If Wammy didn't...well, Beyond was screwed. He doubted the nurses would help if the doctor didn't. But he had to take a chance. So, he sat in his bed tapping a beat impatiently waiting for his doctor.
An eternity later, or so it felt like to Beyond, she came. "THANK GOD!" He praised.
"Hey. I just was told about that stack of papers you have in you hand. And..." She reached into her coat pocket and pulled out a pen. She handed it to him. "I came to give you this." Beyond's eyes widened.
"Well, that was easy." He said, taking the utensil out her hand.
"What was?" She asked.
"Ah! It's nothing. Merci Beaucoup!" ('thank you' in french. thought i'd add some different language in there 4 fun!)
"De rien." She giggled.
