I am a loner
My pain is my own
I live life with my burdens
They are mine to own
Dont try to lessen the load
I carry on my back
The strength to carry them
Is something most people lack
I've had many years of practice
Nothing gets to me any more
But it comes at a cost
I dont trust any more
My friends are like family
But even they dont know the truth
Of the fears that engulf my mind
The fear what if I lose
My soul and my being
Exist on one simple fact
To bring other people purpose
The one thing I lack
Now dont get me wrong
My loss is their gain
But I do get something back
From this little game
A feeling of belonging
That one thing that I need
To get up in the morning
And do this horride deed
Kind of an emo poem, but hey I'm just in one of those moods... stare
Each day is filled with uncertainty, take it on one step at a time

No where to go
Nothing to say
Days drag together
Or seem to anyway
You search for a purpose
Anything at all
Some thing to give your life meaning
And that is all
Years are fleeting
A ephemeral's more like it
But you just keep going
Doesnt matter if you like it
Just keep picking you self up
You'll find your way
Even if you have nothing to live for
You'll find meaning some day
Wow... that is REALLY cheesy, but hey, I'm not one for poems... sweatdrop
Life is an ephemeral, enjoy it while its here...
