Kuren
Race: Human (former) Concubus (current)
Personalilty: Generally shy, she tends to either stay quiet or become overly defensive. She's very secretive and tends to hide the truth alot. While many of her companions are quick to write her off as immature and childish she wants to be recognized as someone capable of making her own choices.
Relationships:
Luca (romantic) mostly physical, Kuren was a fan of Luca's before she met him. They're working on building a more emotionally stable connection
-Oishi (romantic) very emotionally connected. Kuren relies on Oishi for alot of emotional support and encouragement. He often brings out her sillier side and helps her let her guard down.
Sunny- (best friend) Sunny used to be the person Kuren felt she could share everything with until she felt Sunny was disappointed in her decisions more often than not, particularly in regards to Luca.
Ikki- (best friend) Ikki is like an older brother to Kuren, he always seems to give impartial advice and encourages Kuren to follow her own path.

Luca
Race: Incubus
Personality: Luca tends to be cold and abrasive towards strangers, he intentionally lashes out at Kuren in particular. Deep down he harbors alot of insecurities.
Relationships:
Kuren (romantic) Luca initially lashes out at Kuren because he's afraid of her, she makes him feel like he's still a monster. Despite that he's completely fascinated with her and keeps coming back to her for more.
Oishi (romantic) When Luca met Oishi he felt like for the first time he was more than a mindless and depraved demon. He relies on Oishi to keep him out of the shallow and meaningless life he used to lead. Luca does his best to appease Oishi, no matter the request because he feels he owes him a great debt.
Sunny (???) Luca pities Sunny. A part of him feels guilty even for how miserable she's become.

Oishi
Race: Demigod
Personality: Oishi is silly and fun loving. Although he tends to speak crudely he is generally kind. He has issues with jealousy and anger causing him to lash out at moments.
Relationships:
Kuren (romantic) Although his initial interest in Kuren is because he believes her to be Castor he is learning to accept she doesn't identify as the person he once knew. He still feels a strong urge to take care of her. He finds her to be utterly adorable and enjoys spending time with her doing the most menial tasks.
Luca (romantic) Oishi met Luca while fighting with the depression that followed his last lovers death. Luca is one of the few people Oishi will talk about his true feelings with. He knows what buttons to push to make Luca give into him.
Ikki (friends) Oishi is extremely jealous of the bond between Ikki and Kuren, but learns to accept that Kuren will never see him as both a brother and her lover. He and Ikki bond over their shared losses of a lover.

Sunny
Race: Elf (former) Concubus (current)
Personality: Sunny is almost always depressed, sometimes it manifests as sadness or anger but she generally feels empty of emotion. She sees the world in a very black and white way and tends to lash out when things don't fit into her box of expectations.
Relationships:
Kuren (best friend) Sunny always wanted to support Kuren, even going so far as to help her with her dream to become an idol through familial contacts. Sunny has an unrequited crush on Kuren, but is happy just being friends. She begins to doubt her importance to Kuren when she feels lied to and betrayed many times. Despite it all she still wants to support Kuren until the end.
Luca (hates) Sunny treats Luca like dirt. She hates his species of demon with a passion and is convinced he will only continue to hurt Kuren.
Ikki (best friend) Sunny and Ikki are like bros. They hang out all the time, play video games and generally have fun together. Sunny feels that Ikki is sometimes too soft, but accepts that he has good insights.

Ikki
Race: Fox/Wolf Yokai
Personality: Ikki used to have an insatiable lust for blood, but has long since learned to control himself. He's generally a quiet observer, giving his advice when he feels it's necessary. He tends to believe in second chances and only wants to see everyone around him succeed in life.
Relationships:
Kuren (best friend) Kuren is a constant reminder to Ikki to stay on the path he'd started on before his lover died. He acts like an older brother to her, only wanting what's best for her but not wanting to prevent her from chasing her own future. He tends to give her his unconditional support no matter her choices.
Sunny (best friend) Ikki sees Sunny as a lost soul. He wants to help her but is unsure how to restore her faith in the world that wronged her so much. He often has to try and talk sense into her, but usually feels it's futile. Despite all of that he enjoys her company.

Guide to Different Species:
Human: No powers, short life spans, has no sense of their own mortality or souls. They often do not end up with their soulmates be it due to short life spans or ignorance.

Elf: No powers, long life spans, knows when they are close to death but cannot sense their own soul.
They do often live long enough to meet their soulmates but still might not be innately attracted to them.

Incubus/Succubus: Demons who use sex as their main pass time. They often seduce multiple partners, either through pure charisma or force. They have long life spans. They are aware of their souls. They sometimes end up with their soulmates, many times they end up converting them into concubi.

Concubs: A demon created by an Incubus or Succubus. Depending on the method of their creation they might share little differences with their previous race or they might become mindless husks. They live as long as their creator does, unless they are abandoned or run away. The more sentient concubi can be aware of their own souls. Whether they find their soulmates is not up to them since they no longer exist as their own person but more as property of the demon who made them.

Yokai: Demons who feed on human flesh and can shape shift. They live long lives and are aware of their souls. They often find their soul mates and settle down quicker than most other species of demons.

Gods: A species that exist as a more perfect form of humans and elves. They will almost never die as long as they have a following. They are aware of their souls, very few end up with their soul mates and would prefer to be promiscuous and gluttonous and stay close to their ethereal realm.
