CHARACTER INFO:The Riddler is obsessed with riddles, puzzles, and word games. He delights in forewarning both Batman and the police of his capers by sending them complex clues. With this self-conscious use of a gimmick, the Riddler's crimes are flamboyant and ostentatious. He is often wears a domino mask either with a green suit and bowler hat, or a green jumpsuit. A black or purple question mark serves as his visual motif. Riddler often carries a trick "question mark" cane.

Riddler stepped from the back vault spinning his cane between his fingers. "Give up? Silence as in silent alarms the cops will be here any minuet. but my girls will be here sooner." Just then a green car with "???" on the license plate busted through the wall, driven by a young blond in a green jumpsuit covered in question marks. "Query its good to see you are on time. Well batman its time to say ado and here is your next clue" throwing a card on the ground the Riddler jumped in to his car and drove off.
The Riddler can't realy grow much but can always be a staple character for larger plots.
