Sun, sand, and surf are all you need to have fun on a hot summer day, and fun you were having despite all the land sharks, strange people giving out bikini's from unknown sources, and the dean handing out detentions left, right, and center. Speaking of the dean, you're pretty sure you can hear him yelling at yet another hapless victim... A few steps takes you around a hot dog cart and you see you are right. The dean is tearing into a short young woman, her black and white wings fluttering slightly in distress. "Obviously it is yours or it wouldn't be following you around so faithfully!" The dean is yelling and pointing furiously at a ghostly dog sitting patiently beside the girl, "He needs to be leashed and collard to be on this beach!" "But-" "No buts or you get detention!" The angry man storms off, leaving the girl standing there with a mildly annoyed look on her pale face. You briefly wonder how she hasn't turned lobster red yet in this sun when you hear her mutter, "I don't think I've ever met a mortal with a stick that thick shoved that far up their bum..." She sighs and shakes her head, suddenly fading from sight, a small white box falling to the sand where she had been standing. You hesitantly walk over and notice a note attached,
'Apologies for the disturbance.'
