Rain
Rain... falls, tears from my own eyes.
Crying not feelings of sorrow but tranquil thoughts.
Closing my eyes and surrendering to dark,
pelted by my own salty expressions of solace.
It's cold yet it feels so warm,
like nothing else exists...
Just me
and the rain.
Hair drips, beads of liquid rolling down between my eyes, split by the bridge of my nose and flowing over my lips... off and into nothing.
I can't see it, but the feeling alone is enough to put me at ease as the rythmic splashes sooth my ears in a sweet sonata.
Each drop piercing my heart, bleeding blue.
Slowly,keeping me alive, but ever flowing spreading my love of the rain with the next existance sucked into my void of the perfect storm.
