Cer's Tempestous Ramblings and Plotting

Scanner I'm really ticked off at the current lack of working scanner. My highest rating in the ArtArena is my pencil sketch of Ranmei, who I never did draw after that...I also have a post-Harry Potter & tHBP drawing done in pencil that I want to upload pretty much every where, but hey, I don't have a scanner! huff puff I needs to save money and get on that I can connect dirrectly to my compy.
