There was this article in the school newspaper about slang terms. It had a column for the past generation and a column for the present generation. Though, I realised that much of the past slang terms are used today, such as "Nerd," "Burn," "Bogus," "Filthy," etc. However, most of the "present" terms I've never heard of. They had "Hyphy," "Beezy," and this weird one "Ghost ride the whip." Also, they got the definition for "Noob" wrong. Exact quote says, "The term 'Noob' is used to describe someone who is new at something making them 'uncool.'" Half of that is for "Newb," someone who is new at something. "Noob" is an annoying jerk that has no regards for the rules.
They also forgot two major slangs. "Wassup" and "Your mom!"
