Don't you just love people who post responses in your journal that either make no sense, or are just plain pointless? Becasue, apparently, I do. If you're going to respond, say something worthwhile.
That aside -
Considering getting my second tattoo soon. I fnally got the design about where I want it, and now it's just going to take some work to perfect it. I'll see where my money stands at the end of the month, though. This one might be quite expensive and time-consuming. It's going to cover a large patch on my shoulders and back, so pain is expected. Right over the spine and shoulder blades, especially. I dunno.. The positioning may change, as did it change on my first one. I'll have to check around the tatoo shops in boulder to see who's going to do good work for a good price. Bolder Ink did a nice job on my first, but the price was quite intense. I need to keep in mind that I still don't have all my bling-bling saved up for AX, and blowing more cash then I can on a tattoo would be quite foolish of me. Hmmm..
11 hour days really burn you out, especially when you're running on about 30 mins. of sleep. Everything is feeling a little.. detached. The world seems to swim a bit, and time slows to a crawl. With any luck, I can slog my way through another day, then get home, take a bath, and take a nap. The sweet caress of sleep begs at me right now, but I cannot submit to its sultry wooing. Passing out in my cubicle with a keyboard-pillow would not be in my best interests. I have plans, damnit, and simple sleep deprivation will not rob me of them. It may rob me of my sanity and what little patience I usually have, but it will not rob me of a trip to Cali or a new tattoo, or further adventures of Spider Jerusalem. No siree.
For a bit of music nosalgia, some of these phat beats i've been laying down get stuck in my head something fierce. Like, "tangerine speedo". Fer chrissakes, it's stuck but good. So is "harder to breathe" by Maroon 5. So, I'm going to post the lyrics for you, because if i'm going to suffer the burdens of good musical taste, so are you. It's hard being this cool, but I'll get by somehow. Just like always.
