Well...today went okay-ish. The state math test was today, so I got to sort of skip periods 1 through 4.
Then, we got to work on the Mock Trials during SS, so that was like a free period for me. I was hitting and harassing Jasdeep, so she went to tell Ms. Mathis. And then, I think Ms. Mathis asked her something about her math grades, and she started crying. As bad a comforter person I am, there were some funny "comforting methods" used...including "If You're Happy And You Know It", Shirley's rapping, Briana's singing, and Ms. Mathis's people skills. By lunch time, we finally got her to smile...with one of my less favored methods...the "Irene is Stupid Song"...and after we started bugging the hut-nun again, it was all fine. ^_^
We got to spend the end of our Literacy period back in Mr. Bauer's room, for whatever reason, so that was fun too, I suppose.
After that, it kind of went back to a boring old day. We didn't get to go to the park because the police officer, or the "Popo", as Jasdeep would say. So sadly, there was no sliding for me today. But tomorrow's another day...to go on those slides (Whee!!!), and to bother the hut-nun! ^_^
