I find many thing interesting that consern Iceland,
One thing I find kinda funny, but did you know something about the famous auther that wrote The Hobbit, and LotR !?!
Tolkien himself whee his favoit languages were Icelandic and Welsh 3nodding
and as a professor in the English department in a Universety (Oxford too), he founded clubs, that were called 'The Viking' and later one called 'Coalbiters'. All about reading aloud Icelandic Sagas, drinking bear and singing Icelandic Verses (in icelandic even) whee lol,
he just loved the Icelandic Sagas and The Prophecy of the Seeress blaugh (havent read the Prophecy yet... but I am probibly supost to later on sweatdrop whee but the Sagas can be quite funny whee )
And the man that descovered America (or... the vineland 3nodding like in den tid xd ) Eirikur, was an Icelander wink 3nodding
((I have that half right atleast whee have to look that one up for facts.. lol.. but I thought it was funny as hell when a 10 year old somewhere in america told me he was Eirikur's best friend, whee when he knew I was from Iceland o.O))
