my last journal entry was............unlike me (complaining all the time and rude) so here's a better one. (also I need gold sweatdrop )

I had a great thanksgiving break. I went to new york to spend time with the cousins on my dad's side of the family whom I never see. first off is one of my few female cousins, rachel, who I've not seen in 8 years! we both changed so much that she didn't recognize me at all. in fact, she asked: um, who are you and are you one of the family? it cracked me up.
asides from that, I saw hobbs who is a GIGANTIC FREAKING SMALL-HORSE (not a pony) sized dog who is very friendly. he is so gentle for something so big. blaugh lol. also, I played basketball with my brother in my cousin's backyard. that's a big deal for me because I would like to have a basketball hoop but can't because my house's yard is way to sloped. *sigh* I beat him twice at HORSE but then he came right back the next day and beat me twice. by the second day, my hands had completely cramped up from the cold and were very painful. lol. they were actually purple grape colored! xd
later that week, rachel took me shopping for some new shoes because my sneakers had some seriously huge holes in them. it had rained a lot where I live and I kept complaining about my feet getting wet and being cold. after shopping, how I hate shopping, we went back to the house and....... just kinda hung out. it was cool. I got rachel a gaia account because she wondered what it was (I mentioned it once in passing conversation).

oh yeah! the main point of thanksgiving is eating turkey, right?
well, if you are a close friend of mine you should know that I am vegeterian. I don't eat turkey or any other meat (fish is NOT included because I need protein) and so found it funny to watch my cuz josh attempt to scarf a whole leg. he failed and his girlfriend laughed at him. hahaha! rofl

and if I want to remember more (meaning I stop being lazy), I might update this journal more often.
