I can't blame the arena. It's really the people that vote, I'm peeved at. Its like if you don't do anime, you don't deserve to be there. And they show it in the way they vote. It gets so irritating to see realist artists overlooked time and time again. I know this is an anime loving community but goddamn it, if someone has talent that should transend an bullshit bias. Even in the work that I submitted, I can see an obvious lean to the anime. I have 2 pieces that I did ages ago and that in my opinion are just ok and they got 7+ in their score while my more recent and OBVIOUSLY better realist work is score around 5. Its not just me either. I've seen it in most of the realist work. Things that should be 10s are only 7s, and 7s are around 5. It sucks.
