Darkmareans aren't supposed to have emotions...
However, perhaps Darkmareans can be conscious of the fact that they lack something essential that humans have and sometimes take for granted, or perhaps they can have emotions and not be aware of it...
When I think back on a dear friend... I heard that anyone can hold a grudge... but it takes true courage to forgive... I have forgiven him many times.. only to have my trust betrayed and shoved in my face by the harsh reality. He says it isn't betrayal.. that I should listen to myself... Perhaps he should do the same... and... he once promised... that if I took his advice to leave him alone.. he'd take mine... yeah yeah... bullshit... Without me there... there is nothing stopping him... I worry about him when he is gone... Yet he does nothing for me... doesn't even say thank you for the gifts I gave him even after I left... What has this world become? Maybe everyone else can feel emotion except for me....
