When we got to her house, Dragon took Shal and Wynn and put them both in a tube. Nissa came on and told Dragon that my pets were in a room upstairs. That had been fast. And, a surprise was up there? From... Ikkit? I was almost worried, remembering how much time Ikkit had spent with ANTIE back in my basement.
I ran upstairs, and started searching for the right room. Why does it seem like Dragon is ready to house a hotel full of people? I thought absently.
I found room 308, and opened the door. And there was Tuft, Niko, Olay! and Kipper, surrounding...
"ANTIE?" I asked, confused. "Is that you?"
The figure, who had been playing with my pets, smiled at me.
"Yes, Rose. Ikkit is a brilliant creature, you know."
It was then that I remembered that Nissa had been made into a cyborg... thing. And that no one had said who had done that. I nodded. Ikkit.
"I... guess she is." I said, wonderingly. But it was very odd, standing there next to ANTIE. After all, she had been designed to resemble the family, a combination of my mom and dad, I believe, so she was supposed to look like a sister to me. But in all honesty, she looked more like a sister of my mother's would. I wiped my eye. Enough crying for one day, I thought.
"Well, let's go see Dragon, then." I said. I doubted ANTIE and Nissa had not seen each other yet, but I was pretty sure Dragon hadn't seen her. And I was sure Dragon would also see the strong resemblance of Lilah -my mother- in ANTIE.
We went back downstairs, looking for Dragon.
