"I'm leaving" I said to myself in the warm room in the tavern. It echoed in my ears. I always told myself this but never followed though. I always found a reason to stay. Whether it be to heal my own wounds in which were only in my heart, or whether it be for another reason. As I paced to the door, I felt the weight of my pack growing heavy. "I'm leaving this place" I said as I opened the door. but as I opened the door, my well-worned pack tore from the amount of objects I carried within it. The rip sounded in my ears as all my belongings fell to the floor. Books, figurines and arcane artifacts fell to the floor. As I closed the door to my room, I returned to the desk in my room and pulled out a long silver thread. Although very cheap, it held my pack together quite nicely. It was a gift from an old women that came to the tavern a few weeks ago, although she was sick, she was a kind women. She would do whatever someone in need asked for her to do and in exchanged she asked for nothing in return. Although she did not want anything, the people she helped gave her money or rented the room for a couple of days for her. She was a poor old women and managed to keep her room rather bare. She had said that she only carried what needed to be carried and left everything else to her family. Except for a few Lotus Blossems, her room was bare. Strange enough, only few supplies were ever brought to her room and yet she could help people with illnesses that were said to be uncurable.
