🤔 Sɪᴍᴘʟᴇ Lɪғᴇ Tʜᴏᴜɢʜᴛs 💭
This'll be what I'm thinking about. Whether it be from books I've read to experiences I've had, you'll find all sorts of stuff here. The purpose is either to entertain or give some life advice, so I hope you enjoy if you're interested!
Just did incline curls right now and I bumped the dumbbells up to 45. My brain is literally throbbing because of how hard it was! Did six sets going from 10, 9, 8, 6, 6, 6. I had to cheat a bit near the end adding a bit of a swing, but let's not talk about that! My fantasy goal is to prepare myself for the zombie apocalypse that may or may not happen with the second wave of the coronavirus, but realistically I'm just trying to be a good example for some of my friends and people who I work with. Ever since the gyms shut down I haven't been able to hang out with some of them and workout. Everyone is slowly getting more and more out of shape, including me! I decided a few weeks ago that I was going to start going ham and work my butt off to visibly look better after the pandemic is over. I also want to inspire my friends to do the same. One of my buddies who would always skimp out of working out surprised me the other day by telling me what his workout routine was! I was so proud of him because he was one of my friends who I was worried about when it came to their weight.

I'm not doing any crazy cardio, but I'm doing a lot of weightlifting right now. I'm probably going to gain more weight by the end of the pandemic because of all the protein I'm eating and the lifting that I'm doing, but when things die down I'll be able to do some more cardio later on. I'm already seeing improvements in my base physique and can tell that my muscle mass is increasing, all due to the mixture of protein, creatine, and lifting. If you are stuck at home without anything to do besides sit at a computer all day, consider an evening workout. It really helps you clear your mind, except I wouldn't recommend going as hard as I just did because my mind is pretty torn right now! I also guarantee that you will feel better about yourself when you are done! It's a pain getting yourself over to the rack, but once you're done there is a blissful feeling of accomplishment!

Challenge time! If you're reading this, exercise for 15 minutes in the evening before going to bed! It will improve your mood and your health to even do something small! It can be body-weight exercises, free weights, or you can buy some resistance bands and use those. Anything that gives you a burn or gets you sweating will do! If you need some motivation, find yourself someone to keep you accountable! Also, just for fun, remind yourself that you are doing it for the eventful possibility of a zombie apocalypse!
