🤔 Sɪᴍᴘʟᴇ Lɪғᴇ Tʜᴏᴜɢʜᴛs 💭
This'll be what I'm thinking about. Whether it be from books I've read to experiences I've had, you'll find all sorts of stuff here. The purpose is either to entertain or give some life advice, so I hope you enjoy if you're interested!
Finished a workout today, but I was pretty lazy so I only did biceps. I was supposed to do biceps and legs, but I've been relaxing more because of the quarantine. Also, I've been getting a crick in my neck from being on Gaia, probably because of where my PC is sitting and how high my chair is. Is this what it's like to get old? Putting things aside because it's easier? Feeling pain because I'm an adult and no longer as flexible as I once was?

Something I need to practice is preparing myself for getting older. I need to condition myself so that I can stay fit and healthy for a long time, not just to enjoy life better but to be a good example for others to follow. So first step is to change my PC usage habits and perhaps dust off the old tablet. Next step is to be more consistent with my workouts, making sure not to skip a day because I'm lazy because it will show over time.
