Well well well! Look who's come back to good ol' Gaiaonline.
What year is it now? 2019!
How old are you now? 32.
What are you doing now? Working in the military.
That is probably the biggest change in my life.

One of the things that I'm grateful for about the military is that I'm actually out and about doing things that actually matter. I hated working for Walmart and dealing with odd customers and darting back and forth beyond my area of responsibility and STILL not operating "above and beyond".

So, cuz of the Navy, I found a newfound... probably passion isn't the right word? Maybe something a little less than that. Well, I found a newfound passion for IT work. I just like putting together and maintaining networks, making things talk to each other, maintaining a robust defense system for our computers and servers, etc. It's cool when everything I do has impact and people appreciate me for it. I hate putting effort into things that don't matter and I love helping people and knowing they rely on me.

Ergh! More to come later! I gotta run to a Command Holiday Party! My poor knees....
