Mainly wanting to become a happier / better person for myself. Posting random thoughts daily on how to achieve this / what is already working. Possibly helping others through it as well. Feel free to comment and let me know what you think and / or add on / give suggestions!
1) Eat healthier - I've noticed that when I'm eating like crap and drinking soda and whatnot, that I am generally more lazy and don't want to do anything vs when I am meal planning and not eating out, I want to do more with myself and my life.
2) Working out - While working out itself is something that I hate. When I go daily for an hour max, I am generally more inclined to do stuff. It also seems to reduce my anxiety levels. Plus how I view myself changes. I feel stronger and motivated to continue growing and working towards my goals.
3) Sleeping - Normally I go to bed around 2 to 3 AM, but my body always wakes me up between 8 and 10 AM. Sleeping in is a rare occurrence for me. When I have 5 to 6 hours of sleep I am angrier, easily upset, and my anxiety is non stop. When I go to bed earlier and get my full 8 hours of sleep I have the opposite effect. I want to do things not only for myself, but for others too.
I know these are the basics, but the benefits that I have from them are tremendous and affect not only my mental health, but also my physical health as well.
