Daily comment: For right now my concentration is more on just trying to eat more healthy, and eat less crap as I go. Slowly but surely I'll get there : )
Exercises
I downloaded an app on my phone called bodbot which gives me small 15 min exercise routines to do daily
Warm up - forward leg swing - split stance pec mobilization with staff
Main Workout - squats - push ups inclined - pike press - wall assisted - external rotation - side lying with 3 pound weights
Cool Down - standing quadricep stretch - overheard tricep stretch
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 5) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (2x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x2 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - 4 eggo waffles with maple syrup - Matcha beverage (with unsweetened soy milk + bit of sugar)
Lunch - left over porc loin - mixed roasted veggies - 3 small whole wheat banana muffins
Snack - granola bar
Supper - meat pie - saute bell peppers - oreo drumstick
