Exercises
I downloaded an app on my phone called bodbot which gives me small 15 min exercise routines to do daily
Warm up -
Main Workout - walk 30 min
Cool Down -
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 5) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (2x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x2 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - 1 sunny side up egg - 2 toast (both with butter and one with penut butter on it)
Lunch - meat pie - greek salade - Canelé
Snack - homemade cinnamon roll - cheese
Supper - perogies with sour cream - salade - 2 slices of bread
Snack 2 - beef jerky - granola bar - small bowl of chips - mini can of cola
