Lucy glanced at Shizu, unsure of what he meant. What else could Stacie have possibly intended by those bold words? As the younger boy walked off into the kitchen, she had an overwhelming urge to reach out after him, but she remained still, unable to look away from the disappearing boy's back. The spell was broken only when Naomi went darting past once more, to join Shizu in the kitchen. The mage looked back at the banshee, hoping he wouldn't make a comment on her blushing face. It was to no avail, however, as he openly remarked about the color.

"That's… Not what… I~" She gave up, seeing that nothing she could say here would help her situation. "It's okay, Stacie. I'm sorry for… reacting the way I did. I just wasn't prepared I suppose." The teen offered a poor smile, but the color remained on her cheeks. As Stacie stepped towards her, Lucy watched him carefully. Quicker than she could react, he had lightly placed a hand to her forehead and then tilted her head back. She raised an eyebrow in question, about to push him away but found herself unable to move once more. She looked into his tan eyes, captivated by the curiosity and brightness within them. Lucy realized that Stacie was not that different from herself - inquisitive, bold, eager. She had no reason to get so flustered at his words, however, being so close to him made her heart skip a beat. "Oh, uhm… It's okay. I'm fine, thank you." The mage smiled back letting him know that she really was okay before she glanced over at the other girl. Naomi, her name was. "Oh! Hi! I'm Lucy, Lucy Oribel. It's nice to finally meet you!" It appeared as if she was back to her normal self, smiles and all. Her blush had started to disappear, only a pale pink resting on her cheeks.
