Weapons Description:
Shot Claw: The claw was originally just a bit of mechanics he would slide onto his arm that shot heavy vibrations into the air in the form of small orbs no bigger than his palm. Despite it's sharp appearance it was not meant for cutting even though he often used it as such. The vibrations can be expanded to a encompass the area around his body without harming him four feet is it's max. This is only possible because it is attached to his arm leaving him unharmed. Meaning it's because it's connected and streamlined through his DNA so he is pretty much a host to it. The claw itself can vibrate swiftly making it's cutting power even more dangerous. When this is active Drakar's arm starts to glow blue.
Scythe: It is a rather nice colorful purple scythe that he carries with him just about everywhere. Again it helps to add to his look Dirty Devil. He never has body guards for this reason. Either way Drakar has perfected wielding this weapon to the point he just calls it Beast Wield.
Beast Wield Is not a weapon but the fashion in which he uses that scythe in conjucture with his claw. Drakar enjoys close combat, far too much one might say and no one would guess it by his expression on the battlefield, but he does get one hell of a kick out of it. In fact he has developed his own martial arts so to speak when he only has the claw and when he uses the scythe in combination with it. He has called it Beast Wield. It consists of alternating which weapon he chooses to block with and drawing people in for attacks or gaining ground on them. At all times he tries to remain close enough to be in reach of either his arm to his opponent or his scythe.

Bio: Drakar is af popular Alternative rock Idol in Tokyo Japan and the horns are costume jewelry that he likes to wear around. As it goes to his rock persona "Dirty Devil". Drakar is currently enjoying his stay at Tokyo City Hotel. He currently is looking for someone to win a VIP pass. If they do he will gladly welcome them into his hotel room, torture them under sedation and let them go right on back on about their lives as if everything was one horrible drug grip.
