It's 10pm on Bourbon Street in Louisiana. The streets are packed with loud, roudy people, excited over Mardi Gras. Float after colorful float travels down the street. Confetti fell through the air. People on the floats, in the streets, and on stilts dressed in a rainbow of costumes dance around and throw beads to the eager fans.

Bryan stepped out of the balcony of his apratment. The air smelled of spicy food and alcohol. His catwalk was filled with people screaming for beads. Two drunk guys kept falling down as they slipped on their spilled beer. Two girls were making out inbetween drinking beer and flashing those below. The rest of the people were reaching over the rail trying to catch beads.

Thank god their are bars on my windows... he thought as he locked his door and looked at the people. You never know when someone's going to do something stupid or try to rob you.

Bryan snuck into an empty spot against the railing next to some girl. Right as he did that she flashed the people of the float. "WOOOOOO!"
Bryan's eyes widened in amazement. She reached out, catching the beads. Settling back down she stepped on his foot. "Oh sorry," she said, her cheeks blushing. She looked down at her watch. "Oh crap! The hotel!" Looking up at Bryan, she said, "Excuse me," and walked past him when he moved aside.

He chuckled a little at the woman and faced the crowd. "Ah Mardi Gras. Booze, beads, and boobs." He shook his head and laughed again.
