So much has happened since I've taken a moment to sit down and write anything down. After drudging through years of s**t I finally feel like I have the motivation to dig myself out of it this time. Making plans and starting small. I'm being good about meds and have to just learn to accept that and live with it. Stay on track with something for once in my life.
