OMG TODAY WAS THE BEST DAY EVER!

First Joe and I got up at 8 to get ready and catch the 9:21 train to NYC. It was an hour ride that I liked. It seemed shorter than hour.

Once in the city, we walked the 4 floors of the Museum of Natural History. It took about 5+ hours. Boy were our feet tired! I got pictures of everything: animals from all the continents, marine life, plant life, space stuff, early humans, and other cultures. There is SOOO much to see at that museum! It's crazy! I bought some rock candy, a cool keychain with two different colored gels, and a postcard. I even flattened a penny with the Museum logo on it.

Next we walked for a half hour to the Nintendo Store. It was pretty cool. I got myself a Mew plush. ^.^

And the best part of the day was going to the 8 o'clock theatre showing of Phantom of the Opera!!! OMG IT WAS AMAZING!!! I even cried a few times at the sad parts. The theatre was beautiful, the sets and props were neat, and the singing was fabulous. I even got some souveniers: a shirt, charm bracelet (charms: musical note, red heart saying 'Think of Me', black oval saying 'Phantom of the Opera', the mask, a red rose, and another black oval saying 'Prima Donna'), 3 playbills, a program, a red rose saying Think of Me on the red tag, and a plastic cup with the words Phantom of the Opera on the side. pirate

We had to wait an hour for the train to go back to Long Beach. Thankfully his dad was nice enough to pick us up when we got back.

Now we're gonna crash and sleep in tomorrow. Lol. Ttyl biggrin
