Stuff that Freaked Me Out in Rapture:

- Rose scratching up the bathysphere in the beginning of the game
- Splicers that talked to themselves (I eventually got used to this, but still...)
- Johnny's disembowelment
- The fact that it takes a good while before you get your first weapon
- The cutscene when you harvest Little Sisters
- The cutscene when you save Little Sisters
- The massive hypos that Little Sisters carry
- This line: "Look, Mr. Bubbles, it's an angel! Oh, wait, he's still breathing. Oh well. He'll be an angel soon enough..."
- The fact that Little Sisters refer to corpses as "angels"
- The fact that Little Sisters refer to Big Daddies as "Mr. Bubbles" or "Mr. B"
- The first time Jack injected himself with a Plasmid
- Steinman's hobby of writing his philosophies in blood all over the walls
- The Splicer that was cooing over the pistol in the stroller like it was a baby
- The Splicer that was seen as a shadow looting a desk until the lights went off (it wasn't there when the lights turned back on...)
- That random dentist Splicer that appears behind you out of nowhere while you loot a corpse
- Steinman's speech about how his surgery patients were "too tall", "too thin", "too symmetrical", and "... ugly! Ugly!! UGLYYYYYYYY!!!!!!"
- The body that coughed when Steinman jammed his scalpels into it
- The dead bodies on the dentist's chairs
- Spider Splicers that crawled on the ceilings
- The Spider Splicers that repetedly sang "Jesus Loves Me"
- Peach Wilkins' voice
- Random RPG turrets that showed up out of nowhere
- When Jack's hand got fat while using the Telekinesis plasmid
- Every time Jack injected an EVE hypo into his wrist
- When Andrew Ryan gassed Julie Langford and she write the combination to her safe in the mist of the poison on her office window before she died
- HOUDINI SPLICERS
- The bugs that crawled in and out of Jack's hand when he used the Insect Swarm plasmid
- The smoker timer in the bee hive area
- The pro-Andrew Ryan propaganda that was EVERYWHERE
- The ADAM slug when it is taken out of a Little Sister
- The fact that Rapture is located at the bottom of the ocean
- Steinman's hallucinations about Aphrodite
- The Circus of Values clown
- SANDER COHEN and all his MAKEUP
- Kyle Fitzpatrick's death
- The plaster statues that would bleed when hit

- Andrew Ryan's voice
- Atlas' sexy Irish accent
- Amazing storyline and plot twists
- The scenery
- The graphics
- The detail
- That random guitar outside Cohen's office
- The symbolism
- The fact that Jack could get drunk
- The two different endings
- SUPERPOWERS
- The storyline being explained through audio diaries
- Looting everything
- The random immortal fish in Neptune's Bounty
- Splicers are NOT zombies
- SANDER EFFING COHEN and all his insanity
- Andrew Ryan looks like an old Clark Gable
- Everything is named after mythological gods and goddesses
- The overly-negative fortune telling machine
- The whistle noise the security bots make
- Hacking stuff
- El Ammo Bandito > Circus of Values clown
- YOU'RE ACTUALLY WET WHEN YOU COME OUT OF THE WATER
