A Few ways to get gold:

zOMG - Get to a level where you can comfortably defeat one of the bosses on hard mode (with team). Endboss and Shallow seas gets you a lot of money. I make like 20k on average for a SS run.

Aquarium Tanks - Find a guild that advertises having great mini-monster or dolphin tanks and scan them. Set graphics to low and sound to off for the best quality play.

Tattoo Making - Black and Red Eye stripe tattoos are often a good buisiness, but you have to wait for the opportune moment to make and sell for profit.
--You need 10 ink + 100 gold per tattoo.
--As long as the average market price to buy the ink is less than 1/10th of the tattoo selling price (not incuding the 100g makers fee from the parlor) then it's a great time to buy. Black Eye stripe tattoos are better money but red tattoos are in opportune selling time more often.

Auction buying for profit - If you have a decent amount of cash to support what you are buying then this may be the idea for you.
-Look for a popular item that seems to be selling a lot of items per day.
-Scroll every page until you find an auction that is selling for lower than the lowest buy now price.
-if it gets too high and you're outbid, drop it and move on.
-there's not that many hits on it but If you're feeling lucky...
