Yoite is a very skinny man for his height, not exactly one of the strongest shinobi out there, physically that is. He is very agile, and flexible.

Personality:
Yoite keeps to himself, but will respond if directly approached. He is kind to most strangers, unless he is given reason to think otherwise. He doesn't hold back, thanks to Yukimi's teachings. If you anger him, he won't hesitate to let you know, and take it farther if you so suggest. He doesn't like sitting still, often standing and walking around the room if he's staying somewhere. He doesn't like staying in one place very long either.

~Background~

Yoite was raised by a man named Yukimi from birth. He was separated from his parent's upon birth for reasons unkown. He was dropped into a shallow river and floated downstream until the current lead him into the sandy shore. Yoite didn't speak much for over 15 years, except for when he needed something.

In his early years, while investigating Yoite, Yukimi found out he was a from the Kodo clan, like himself, and began to teach and train him. Yoite excelled greatly, quickly overcoming Yukimi, being able to fire faster, and more arrows then him at age 12. Perhaps this was due to his lack of what would be considered a normal "life."

Yukimi was quite old now, spending most of his days in bed with Yoite caring for him as best he could. The two lived not too far from Kirigakure, but they rarely went out for much, seeing as Yukimi kept several gardens of both food and herbs on his property. It was not long before Yoite was forced to take Yukimi to a hospital in the city, where he died 3 days after being admitted. The doctors said there was little they could do, he had two types of cancer that were highly advanced and two genetic heart diseases.

Yoite left and began to travel the world. He wasn't very open to people, having only lived in the presence of one for most his life, but he was still kind. He trained day in and day out, keeping Yukimi in his memory all the while. He hoped that just maybe, one day he might meet his parents, but only to know if they were alive or dead. He had no feelings of longing or loneliness on their behalf.

~Other~

Yoite's bow is made from two angel wings, with the feathered side being pointed at him. Above and below where the hand grip would be, are two extended points aimed outward to add the tiniest hint of a barrel or guidance system. When Yoite pulls on the bow's "string" the feathers extend back in his direction. With this bow Yoite is able to fire 1300 arrows in under 11 minutes or a maximum of 132 arrows in a single shot.


~Clan Information~

Clan History

As the children’s legend says, “This clan is one from a far, far away world. A world populated by only… Cleaning Supplies!” But as any adult would know, this is but a children’s tale of irony. The Kodo clan has had a long stake in the archery world, being the original sponsors of many archery clubs for the normal children, and as some would have you believe, the original archers of the Water Country.

In more modern days, the Kodo clan is one of the strongest leaders in ninja tool development, having gone so far as to invent and distribute Silver Tubes to the larger villages, in all of the countries. Many of their shinobi grow up surrounded with people in the field and are encouraged with creative classes to help everyone make better, more specialized tools to suit anyone’s fancy. It sounds a lot like a community college, but on a much larger scale.

But don’t underestimate their shinobi. They may be pioneering the new ninja tools, but their skills in archery haven’t faltered at all. They take great pride in the success of their shinobi in training, and create a wonderful learning environment for everyone. To this day, the Kodo clan boasts its archery skills at world renown competitions.

Yumiya (Bow and Arrow)

Stage Description

Stage One (C)
The first stage of Yumiya allows the user to form a bow and arrows out of chakra, using “Katachi”. Each user has a different bow, as far as appearances go, but everyone is able to do the same jutsu. It is entirely random when one obtains their kekkei genkai, though generally it appears in their early teens, sometimes as early as 9 years old. The first stage of this kekkei genkai is marked by the outline of an arrow head appearing somewhere on the user’s body, the location almost seems to be passed down through the family, but isn’t limited to it.

~~Katachi (C): (To Form) This technique allows the user to form a bow and arrow from their chakra without using any handseals. Generally, the arrows do not contain any elemental chakra, but later stages allow for such action.

Stage Two (B)
The second stage of Yumiya allows the user to create several arrows at once, and fire them all at once. This stage also allows the user to pump more chakra into their arrows to increase their speed and power upon impact. In order to obtain this stage, one must have moderate experience in using their bow, and some luck, as this stage also randomly occurs. It generally shows itself within a year of having obtained the first stage, but some unfortunate ninja have never actually obtained it all, years later. The second stage is marked by a light shading in of the outlined arrow head that previously appeared in a color specific to the person.

Stage Three (A) (5pts.)
The third and final stage of Yumiya allows the user to change the pathway of their arrows and even split them in half to increase accuracy, though dropping the arrow’s power, and even add elements to their arrows. In order to obtain stage three, one must be struck in the heart with an arrow from another Kodo member. However, it can’t be just any arrow. It has to be an arrow made by the person you love most. Stage three is marked by a deepening of the color filling in the user’s arrowhead mark.

~Techniques~

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu

Katachi ⇨ C - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (3 pts.)
(To Form)This technique allows the user to form a bow and arrow from their chakra without using any handseals. Generally, the arrows do not contain any elemental chakra, but later stages allow for such action. Eventually a user can learn how to create special bows with special properties. These special bows will take up extra jutsu points based on their ranks. Shinobi are freely allowed to customize the appearance of each of their bows.

Chain Link ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (6 pts.)
By adding a light increase of chakra into his arrows Yoite can attach a chakra based string to an arrow after impact. Neither the arrow or chain have solid mass after impact and therefor can not be cut, as a result it can not pull on the arrow or the target either nor will they directly harm the target in any physical way. Arrows created for this jutsu can not be removed and will disappear on the third post of being in the target. It does however, have two purposes. The first is revealing the target's location by following the chain, the same can be said about the user though. The second being that every time the opponent uses a jutsu requiring chakra Yoite will leach 1/4 of the chakra the opponent used above the chakra involved in the jutsu.

This can only be applied to up to 5 arrows at once and can only be maintained for up to 3 posts. During this time Yoite can not use any other arrow based jutsu and can not deactivate them until the opponent's second post.

Ninjutsu

Koudai na Uzu ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (4 pts.)
(Immense Whirlpool) This technique allows the user to create a strong tunnel of spiraling water, 8 feet in diameter, from their palm. The force is great enough to bowl over a 250 pound boulder and can easily drown something, or put out fires. This technique travels at about 5 f/s mph and will travel a distance of about 30 feet.

Blasting Point ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (5 pts.)
This jutsu works by creating a very compact ball (About the size of a golfball) of wind infused chakra at the tip of ones fingers and firing it at the opponent. The ball will travel at an excess of 7 feet per second. The ball works much like rasengan but isn't meant so much for the physical rasengan could cause; instead it's strength comes from its impact. Something that this ball hits would easily be thrown back 30 feet unless they were tied down. Something that is tied down could easily be broken or killed by the force. For example, the blast would easily shatter a tree in half around the area of impact. Should this hit you in the chest it's very possible it would cave in your chest cavity and almost halt your breathing leading to an eventual death. One of the biggest downsides to this jutsu is that it hurts the user's fingers greatly. Should this jutsu be used more than twice per battle it would easily break the user's fingers. One more drawback is that the user will not be able to use any jutsu that involve movement of their hands in their next post, hit or not.

Kappatsu Bakudan ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (5 pts.)
(Active Bomb) The user will fire one of the Asshuku Himo’s compacted arrows at the opponent. Upon piercing their skin the arrow will connect itself back to the shooter and await activation. Upon activation, the arrow will explode from the tip, which is hopefully inside the opponent. The explosion will have about a 4 inch diameter with more than enough force to blow through those 4 inches.

Dokuyoku ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (4 pts.)
(Poison) The user will fire one of the Asshuku Himo’s compacted arrows at the opponent. Upon piercing their skin, the arrow will immediately release a neurotoxin that targets the host’s hearing and upper body nervous system, reducing arm, shoulder, and chest activity, thus making fighting more difficult and causing respiratory failure. The total extent of movement loss prevents A rank and above Taijutsu or Kenjutsu and the hearing loss essentially cuts your hearing capability in half. The poison will last for 3 posts. This technique can be used until it is successful, not once after.

Junsui ni Naru ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (4 pts.)
(To Become Pure) The user will fire one of the Asshuku Himo’s compacted arrows into something that is either poisoned or heavily polluted. Upon impact, the arrow slowly dissolve and purify the target of any poison B ranked or lower.

Hirageru ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (4 pts.)
(To Spread) The user will fire one of the Asshuku Himo’s compacted arrows at the opponent. Upon piercing their skin, the arrow will begin to splinter and tear through out the opponent’s body. The arrow will only travel about 3 inches throughout the body and can be removed, though, it will continue to try and splinter as you pull on it, possibly doing more damage.

Summons:

Ginjutsu (Silver Tube Jutsu)

Shizenshoku ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (6 pts.)(Learned Manually)
(Natural Charge) Using this jutsu one can fill a Silver Tube using the natural chakra around them. It is safe for the user to use natural chakra because in this situation it is not them who is absorbing it at all, but directing it. It takes 3 turns to charge a Silver Tube in this manner, but it does not limit the user from using other jutsu. A Silver Tube charged with this jutsu can release two jutsu (Up to 8 points max) or an amplified version of the intended jutsu. This jutsu can be used once every 8 posts.

Oite Hanasu ⇨ C - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (3 pts.)
(To Place and Release) This technique was created by the Kodo clan to utilize a special ninja tool they invented, Silver Tubes. The user can put their chakra into the small capsules that are silver tubes and release them to perform special techniques later on. To release a particular jutsu, a special vocal command is needed.

Taiyou Netsu ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (6 pts.)
(The Heat of the Sun) The user will shoot a ball of super heated (2000 Degrees Fahrenheit) energy roughly 2 feet in diameter from a Silver Tube capsule. The user will be able to change its path up to a 45 degree angle with concentration and arm motions. The command to release this technique is, “A Silent Aria Beckons Forth a New Dawn, Taiyou Netsu!”
When used via the Shizenshoku charging method the ball is now 4 feet in diameter and its path can now be changed by up to a 70 degree angle.

Note: The heat from this jutsu only has a 4 inch range away from the ball and once it sets something on fire, the fire will burn with enough heat to cause 2nd degree burns and can spread as if it were a normal fire.

Chijimaru ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (4 pts.)
(To Contract) The user will create a pale purple orb of energy around the target that will slowly shrink inwards, crushing whatever is inside. It can be broken by strong enough opponents, or attacks. These attacks have to be at least B rank and can only be ninjutsu, taijutsu or kenjutsu. If the opponent does not have any, they will be crushed. A bonus to this jutsu is that if the opponent is one who could be considered evil at heart, these jutsu will have to be A ranked. The command to release this technique is, “Let the weight of your sins crush thy soul, Chijimaru!”
When used via the Shizenshoku charging method there will be a second orb further compressing the first making the required rank for breaking it A rank or better.

Note: The technique forms by creating a ring around the target's mid section that then expands at about 10 mph to complete the orb. The target must also be within 10 feet of the user.

Sobietatsu ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Offensive and Technical ⇨ (4 pts.)
(To Rise Higher) The user will create a pale, almost translucent white tower of energy at the targeted area. This technique can be used to attack something within it, to block chakra based attacks up to C rank, or to work as a signal beacon. The damage dealt by this technique is purely superficial, even though it causes great pain. The command to release this technique is, “Rise, higher, reach into the heavens, Sobietatsu!”
When used via the Shizenshoku charging method the user will be able to create a series of towers (Up to four) and cause each of them to move up to 10 feet. The extra towers must be created within 10 feet of the original.

Haretsu ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Offensive ⇨ (6 pts.)
(To Explode) The user will extend their arm and flatten their palm, creating a blast with a roughly 10 foot diameter in front of it. The blast from this has been known to break through 6 or so feet of concrete, or 2 and a half of steel. The command to release this technique is, “Engulfing flames, pass thine judgement, Haretsu!”
When used via the Shizenshoku charging method the blast is now 15 feet in diameter and has enough force to break through 10 feet of concrete or 4 of steel.

Note: The blast is very similar to a grenade in it's appearance and speed.

Tenshi no Tsubasa ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (4 pts.)
(Angel's Wings) The user will receive angel like wings made of energy that they are able to fly with for 15 seconds. (The post they're created in, and only half of the next post.) The wings are not physically a part of the user, thus they feel no pain if the wings are attacked. The wings will also simply disperse their energy and regenerate quickly enough to allow the user to land, assuming he is not further assaulted from a maximum height of 50 ft. The command to release this technique is, "Heavens, lift me into your gentle skies, Tenshi no Tsubasa!"
When used via the Shizenshoku charging method the user can fly for 3 posts but must have landed by the end of the third one. The maximum height is now 80 feet.

Ginnungagap ⇨ SS - Rank ⇨ Technical ⇨ (8 pts.)
When this jutsu is first activated a large white ring will expand from the user at 8 feet per second and reach out 24 feet in diameter, anyone within the grounds of the ring will be summoned into the Ginnungagap. The Ginnungagap will be a completely separate area from the real world and as a result the people involved will not be locatable by anyone not involved as they will be in a different dimension. Once in the Ginnungagap it will be impossible to summon anything unless you are using a reverse summon on something already present in the Ginnungagap. This new dimension will start off as a 80 ft diameter circular flat land of rock. At this time there will be no additional effects.

During the user's second post in the Ginnungagap the area will expand to 100 feet in diameter as a volcano emerges from the south. From this volcano a large river of magma will flow towards the north about 30 feet before going under ground. At this time fire based jutsu will require no chakra and 1 post less of charge time, they will also lose 1 post of cooldown. These effects apply to all persons involved

During the user's third post the Ginnungagap will expand to 150 feet in diameter and the northern 50 feet will now be a lush spring time prairie filled with flowers and the occasional pond. At this time any wind or healing type jutsu will cost no chakra for all persons involved. Effects from the last stage carry over to even the new area.

During the user's forth post the area will expand to 180 feet and divide three areas into 60 foot intervals. The northern most 60 will now be enveloped in a large snowy and icy tundra. In the very center of this area will be a small lump of ice with a large icicle overhanging a small puddle at its base. At this time no person involved will have to spend chakra on water or ice based jutsu. Effects from the other areas carry over to even the ice area.

During the user's fifth post the Ginnungagap will be struck with rapid eathquakes and storms in the prairie and volcanic areas, but not the tundra. These earthquakes will make it impossible for any non airborne members to fight. Near the end of the users post a small drop will start to form on the icicle, if the user can get to it safely this drop will bless them with a complete chakra restorative, however, the opponent can take this drop as well or prevent you from getting near it. To make the drop applicable to unaware opponents a loud heavenly voice will emanate and say, "To he who drinks my life comes a fresh flow of strength; haste to the light and obtain thine prize." At the end of the user's fifth post the Ginnungagap will vanish and all persons involved will be returned to their prior locations in the real world, dead or alive. Once the Ginnungagap closes summons no longer require chakra and Yoite can not use Ginjutsu for 4 posts.

The command to release this technique is, "Early of ages when nothing was, there was neither sand, nor sea, nor cold waves. The earth was not found, nor the sky above; Ginnungagap was there, but grass nowhere." There is no Shizenshoku (Alternate Ginjutsu method) version to this technique.

Weapons:

Asshuku Himo (Compress Band) (B) (4pts.)

The Asshuku Himo is a special metal wrist band that has a small amethyst embedded in its underside. It’s made of a material that is far stronger than steel making it able to be used as a type of defense. The main purpose of this accessory is to give the user access to whole new realm of fighting. Using this, a shinobi is able to compress their arrows to such an extent; they would appear more like small needles, with barbed tips. From here, the user can fire the arrows simply by pointing their fingers, instead of the usual bow and arrow stance. Jutsu can be made based off of the smaller arrows this weapon creates.

Equipment

Yoite carries shuriken in a pocket on the inside of his jacket as well as a lock pick. And, of course, 3 Silver Tubes.

With a confused look on her face, Roze pulled her leg back and tried once more. She got no farther. It was obvious someone else was running the place now. "Hello, anybody home?" Roze had her hands cupped around her mouth as she called into the dojo and started looking back and forth for the first signs of movement. No one had come yet so Roze took a step back and reached into a small pouch she kept on the back of her hip.
