Bit of adivce, a leader must alway be paitent and polite, even when tested. Their job is to make sure everyone is alive and everything goes smoothly. If one person is dazed that is a failure on their part. Always makes sure people are buffed and defib people once all enemies are killed. They must be aware of which members are working hard and which ones that are holding them back, but this shouldn't be used to against anyone. Rather an improvement should be suggested.
Also remember this. ALWAYS have confidence in your crew members.

The aim is to assign one amour and one non-amour buff to each member. So one person may have Coyote and Pot, while another may have Ghost and Keen.
Why? Its to minimise damage limitation. What do I mean by this, say a person has two amours and then they have to leave, you lose two amour buffs which could be vital to the crews success.
