Personality: Akio is an interesting sort, he is at times a bit of a childish person, happy to be alive and such, but also possessing a naivity and innocence that only young children could possess. On the other hand, he is also effeminate at time, partially due to living with only female relatives all his life, and never having known his father at all, and he likes to dress up in different kinds of clothing, sometimes girly types of clothing. It isn't surprising if you see him around the village wearing a full kimono, either with a blue sky pattern or a pink cherry blossom pattern. He's kind, and understanding, but sometimes he feels that he just doesn't get people, often having his emo moments when he just is anti-social and wears headphones to drown out the rest of the world, drowning out the cherry garden around him.

- Wing of Moonlight ~~ Akio's primary summon at times is his bow Wing of Moonlight, as he never keeps it around with him. As a result, he keeps it within a special sealing runic crystal he carries around as part of his necklace. This necklace is essentially the summoning scroll of the bow, but doesn't disappear when the bow is summoned. When summoned, the bow seems to form out of bright blue and white light before becoming totally physical. Violin ~~ Akio can also summon a violin, and it is part of his backup strategy, which involves his violin. As a musical instrument, it can be a great focal point for using Genjutsu, but also as just a way to kill time by practicing. Weapon Name: Wing of Moonlight || Weapon Class: Bow / Twin Swords (Convertible Forms) || Weapon Range: 0m to 150m (Bow Form) // 0m to 3m (Swords Form) || Weapon Description: Wing of Moonlight is a large metal longbow, with sharp arms like blades, as it the bow can break apart into two swords. The entire bow is made of metal, but made of an Aluminium and Titanium alloy that makes it extremely strong as well as lightweight. The design of the bow is structurally sound but that doesn't sacrifice aesthetics, and it is a great masterpiece as well. The arms are like wings in a way, and as such, even in bow form, they can still be used as a weapon, and to make matters worse for the opponent, the blades are lined with micro-hooks that can rip flesh, making it a bad idea to get hit by this weapon. || Weapon Special Abilities: Wing of Moonlight has two abilities, the first ability is to detach into two swords from the bow from and then reattach into bow form from sword form. This is a physical characteristic and doesn't require chakra to use. The second ability is the ability to fire chakra arrows from the bow using the user's chakra. Depending on how much chakra is poured into the formation determines the chakra usage, power of the arrow and the amount of damage it can inflict. Chakra Arrows fired with a chakra amount of above D-rank tend to have an explosive effect upon impact with physical matter, causing chakra burns to those within the explosion. The explosion intensifies with each rank above D-rank. This part of the ability is only able to be used in bow form, and even the bow string is made of chakra, but this is the bow's natural chakra generating the string, and doesn't requires the user's chakra to maintain the bow string. In sword form, the user can enhance the two sword's blades with elemental chakra, manifesting that element on the blades. Example, Katon chakra would surround the blade's in fire, Raiton chakra would surround the blades in electricity, Fuuton chakra would surround the blades in slicing winds, etc. ||

- Akatokiyami Family Necklace ~~ This necklace is a special kind of necklace. It has a silver chain with a single crystal pendant that is part of the chain. So it is more of a pendant than a necklace, however the crystal is a special one, as it is a runic crystal which is able to be used as a substitute for a summoning scroll, allowing it a way of reducing the amount of weight Akio has to carry, and doesn't require much chakra or seals to store items into the crystal. The crystal works by transporting the crystals to a special pocket dimension unique to the crystal, kind of like a hammerspace in a way. This allows easy storage without massive scrolls. The crystal appears to be a bright sapphire with many beautiful sides and seems to be absolutely perfect.

Biography: Akio was born on the 7th of September in Kohonagakure no Sato, the Village Hidden in the Leaves, the shinobi village of the Fire Country, to Imako and Akira Sakuraba-Akatokiyami. However, Akio's father Akira disappeared soon after Akio's birth, so Akio never knew much about his father, and his sisters refused to tell him anything about him. Akio's mother Imako had originally been born as the daughter of Shirohana and Hiroyuki Kokushibyou, but soon after turning 18, she had changed her name if Akatokiyami and disappeared, never having been able to unlock her Nekome, avoiding her family, afraid of what they might think. Despite Akira's disappearance, Imako kept her husband's last name as part of her own still and as part of the last names of her children. Akio was her pride and joy, and Akio grew up never knowing his father, but he was very close to his sisters and mother, and as a result, Akio always had a kind of effeminate girly attitude, and it didn't help that Akio had a bishounen appearance about him.
It was only when Akio was 5 years old was that Imako stopped hiding from her family and returned with her children to the Kokushibyou clan. His older sisters had already unlocked their Nekome, but there was something different about Akio that no one in his family noticed until he turned 12. When he turned 11 years old, his childhood friend Kira attacked him in a fit of insanity, due to Kira having been abused by his parents all his life, the stress, depression and abuse had caused him to snap. However it was that point that caused Akio to finally unlock his Nekome, and he used it to subdue his old friend. It was that act that was caused Akio's depression to finally come to light, he had always kept his depression secret, but it wasn't until he was 12 and finally graduated from the Academy was that he was finally dianosed with depression.
