As Haizen stepped into the Seireitei, his body suddenly was covered with an immense beam of light that caused him to change his form. His body was covered with fur the color of the moon and his eyes were as golden as the sun. He howled into the darkness as he assumed his " true '' form. With an intense speed, Haizen darted through the city as he his mind was focused on one thing. To find out about Khani. As the night was still young, Khani slowly opened his eyes to see a sleeping Xion. He was in a bed as she was seated on a chair. He rose up and found that his wounds had been carefully tend to. He then approached Xion, when Suddenly, the door quickly open as to young men stood at the door way. " Xion! " Riku cried her name as she slowly awoke. " Riku? " Khani turned to gaze at the two people at the doorway, he noticed a slight tension with the one with sliver hair. " ...Grrr....You Arrogant fool! " Riku charged at Khani as he held his Zanpakuto tightly with in his grasp. Khani quickly reacted as he grabbed Riku's arm and held on it tightly. RIku couldn't move. As Zanzura approached the too, Khani's eyes darted towards him. Their glared, focused on him were like a hawk's. He then applied pressure on to Riku's arm. The sounds of bones and flesh being crushed wasn't a pleasant sound to hear. " Stop!!! " Xion's voice cause Khani to let go of his prey and face her. Riku slammed into the floor giving out cries of agony as Zanzura rushed to his side. The air filled with silence. Xion's vision suddenly blurred as her eyes felt heavy and she collapsed. " Xi- " Before Riku could finish, Khani had already caught her. " Damn..." Riku could still feel the pain of his fractured wrist as Khani stood before him. Khani let out a breath and a melancholic voice broke through the tension , " That's why your so weak... " Khani soon held tightly on to Xion and leaped through the shattered window. Riku ran towards the window an peered outside through it. He could see nothing but the silhouette of Khani as a bat-like wing shaped ripped from his back. He was gone.
