After the events of Cross Academy, The President of the Hunter's association was revealed to be a corrupt addict to the Pureblood King Rido Kuran, who has also appeared on the scene and was easily vanguished.

Now the Association lies powerless without a leader, so does the Vampire council now in ruins. The Association is now trying to find a leader. Touga Yagari and Cross suggest Zero should be the new president. As an inactive member for the last few years, I think it's best i shall take control, as a senior member of the association, I might make big changes around here.

Zero is still a boy, trembling with youth, but not enough to outlast all of us elite hunters who are now only of a handful.

The Pureblood number is the lowest it has been, it's been estimated about 5-8 families still live, including the Kurans. They are in their weakest state, enough for all of us hunters to take them down. But this instant will cause world conflict. I shall wait for that oppurtune moment.

For now I'll have to become the new head of the Association, if it must by gaining the popular vote...
