Personality: happy go lucky, childish, and sweet. He's more of a calm person, not willing to fight or get hurt. Most people don' see him as the wizard type, but he is. He loves to play with cute animals. He's normally goofing off and trying to get away from his duties. he trusts easily, which leads to a lot of hurt. He has adhd and bi-polar, but he hides almost all of his emotions behind a happy smile.
Bio: he was born into a very wealthy and powerful wizard family. Since the age of tw he has been taught all there is to know about spells and what not. When he turned fifteen he took the wizarding test and passed it with flying colors. he is now a messenger and warrior of the great wizarding council. However, he doesn't like that and usually ignores the orders he is given. he tends to wander around the places they order him to go and just hangs out. Most people don't see him as a powerful wizard due to his light hearted nature.
