Your day can turn so dark by just a small trigger in any part of it. I wish they understood my feelings, especially since they have also been those triggers. But even in all that darkness, there is a small speck of light, it might be small, but it can still do alot. Though on this day, that at the very beginning of it those triggers came... My day is dark... TO BE HAPPY? I think it's easier said than done. SO! Sorry friends, but you'll have to deal with non-happy, not-positive me... Lol, you'll live. smile
