So, my boss drives me insane. She doesn't listen when you TELL her what items a customer wants (because she bills them- for some reason paypal wigs on my computer) then inputs them wrong and gets mad at you because of course your magical fingers stretched across the office and typed the incorrect quantity on her damn computer while she was sitting there browsing for baby cloths all day and complaining that things never got done...

Then I start out talking to customers, and she decides that she's going to talk to me AS i'm talking to the customer, and literally takes the phone from my ear as the customer is talking...goes off who knows where with the customer, then hands them back to me and of course is livid when I don't magically guess the changes she made when she took over the customer...

She looses EVERYTHING. I have a binder with private information because some people would just rather that I bill them then they send money themselves...but seh takes them to her desk, which I KID you not, is LITERALLY piled 3 feet deep in some areas-the most shallow area being piled about 4 inches high with crap- dirty diapers, food wrappers, dirty dishes and clothing, child toys, loose information, drawlings her kids made for her, timecards, pictures, tax papers, mail...and who knows what else..then she storms in and insists that paperwork is in my office when my desk has little to NOTHING on it- so it's hard to miss if it's in my office- and if it's not seen, then of course I lost it (where? Does she think I flushed it down the toilet or what?)

There were three other peopel working here at one point- we all help with everything that needs to be done- nobody is designated to any one task really. So there is a 1/3 chance that I completely bomb one order...otherwise all THREE of us missed something in an order right? So why is it that she figures I took an order wrong every time there is an incorrect package? HOW THE HELL DOES THAT WORK EVEN WHEN I WASNT EVEN HERE THE DAY THE DAMN THING WAS PACKAGED?

I swear to you- like once I was in San Fran on vacation, and my boss was calling me demanding me what I did with a customer...ARE YOU ******** SERIOUS?? WHAT DID I DO WITH A CUSTOMER THAT CALLED IN THIS MORNING- IM IN ******** SAN FRAN! HOW AM I GONNA ANSWER THE ******** PHONE FROM HERE?!?REALLY NOW! Or how I got blamed for a package that was sent out while I was recovering from an eyeball operation-when I was blind and couldn't go into work anyways...


One thing that grinds my gears most- when you talkt o her about something job related, and she gives you a "what the ******** are you talking about-you dont' make sense" look and says "what are you talking about?" like you're a clueless idiot that needs to shut up-WHAT THE ******** IS THERE NOT TO UNDERSTAND? WE NEED MORE ******** BOXES! DO YOU KNOW WHAT A ******** BOX IS? HERE- LET ME DRAWL ONE FOR YOU!

[/winey little b***h] I'm looking for another job as we speak- I hate knowing that i'm pressured to stay here-its kinda a tight thing- she knows she cant fire me because she needs me, and i'm the only one that's stayed on this job more than a year, and know what i'm doing...but I also can't quit atm because i haven't found another job-hence we treat each other like s**t and argue quite a bit
