Well, the power of my diffusion has taken into effect.
I explained everything to the group, answering questions. I then explained Flyer's Diffusion.Flyer's Diffusion is a part of a Flyer's aura, and the longer a human stays in said aura, the more Flyer-like qualities they obtain. "Zexion's probably going to be affected the most the quickest, being so close to me," I said, " But, the girl's are going to have more obvious changes." "More obvious changes?" Kairi asked. "Yes, female's are more susceptible to Diffusion. Your bodies are going to change and, though it's never happened, you might be able to form wings on demand." "Wings?!" everyone asked. "Male's do not grow wings, but you will change slightly, your bodies will be stronger and faster." "Whew, that'd be strange, a guy with wings." "How come no human's been able to grow wings?" Aqua asked me. "Normally, not enough exposure, but a special trigger activates the ability if you have had enough exposure. You four have had enough exposure." "Well, what's the trigger?" Namine asked. "No one knows. That's why it's never happened." "Oh." "Uh, Namine, you seem a little too disappointed about that." Roxas said, raising an eyebrow. We all laughed.
I couldn't sleep that night, and obviously neither could Axel. "Larxene's not here, again. She wandered off into the forest in a trance. What's wrong with her?" "Hmm, a trance. Let me see." I said. I began to use my magic to hoan in on Larxene's location. "It's blurry. A clearing. A man with...white hair. I think it's Xemnas! He's telling her about how good's she doing and that 'they' don't suspect a thing..." "Xemnas is using her to spy on us?!" he asked, looking almost hurt. "Yes. But, not by her own free will, not anymore. Her consciousness is flickering, like's she's trying to fight him out of her head."
The next day, we consulted the group, even Larxene. She tried to talk about it, but her voice stopped short when she did. Namine handed Larxene her sketchbook, "If you can't say it, draw it." Larxene nodded and began to sketch. She drew a puppet, a microphone, a camera, and a Nobody symbol. "He's using you to listen in and watch us." Larxene nodded and hung her head in shame. "We'll fix this."
Larxene went into a trance again and wandered to the trees, Axel close behind her. He was determined to help Larxene, no matter what. I followed behind Axel, he being none the wiser of me doing so. Xemnas and Larxene were in the clearing, he talking, she answering blankly. Axel moved closer and broke a twig. ''Larxene, be a dear a destroy the eavesdropper. "Yes, Superior.'' she said. Axel stood no chance getting away, for she moved extremely fast. Her eyes were blank, from what I could see. Axel tried avoiding her attacks, but to no avail. "Larxene! It's me, Axel!" he said over and over again, trying to get her back to normal. "Please, don't do this to me Larxene. I don't want to hurt you." he cried. That got her to snap back to her usual self. "Axel!" she shouted. "He's controlling my body! I can't stop him!" "Yes you can, Larxene. I know you can. Your the stubbornest girl I know." "Axel!" she growled. "Yep, still stubborn as a mule." he said as he wrapped his arms around her. Larxene forced herself to hug him back, using all of her strength to combat Xemnas. I could hear them, my ears being hypersensitive. "You haven't killed me yet. I'm proud of you." "Axel...why are you being so nice?" "Because..." then I heard him say it, " I love you, Larxene."
Larxene began to glow. When the brilliant yellow magic faded to where I could see, Larxene now wore a yellow minidress, black boots, and a black and yellow armlet. Her 'antennas' were a long a she was tall, the rest of her hair went to her hips. What was most surprising was that, sprouting out of her back, was a set of black and yellow wings. "The trigger." I whispered. "Wow, Larxene." Axel could barely speak. They turned to Xemnas, who was backing into a Corridor. He disappeared before they could attack. Axel pulled her into a fiery kiss. I only made my presence known after they broke apart, not wanting to ruin their moment.
"You found the trigger, I can't believe it." They both blushed. "Really? So, what was it?" "TheL word. You said it and meant it. And you two are destined to be together, that's what triggered it." Larxene rolled her eyes, "True love, blah, blah, blah." "Do not tell the others, they need to discover it on their own. And, Larxene, you'll need this." I used my power to create a small bolt-shaped amulet necklace." Use it to transform." She nodded and placed it around her neck. "You can, however, tell them you got your wings. They deserve to know that. And, you might want to fly around a bit and get used to the air." She took off and twirled around in the air for a few minutes. "I'm heading back, Zexion's waiting on me." They nodded and I left. Zexion asked me what took me so long. I answered, "The Savage Nymph has finally been tamed by the Flurry of Dancing Flames."
