Personality: Loki, along with his extremely attractive appearance, also has a beautiful tenor-like voice that can easily charm a woman. He is somewhat reserved, but also behaves politely and courteous to people that he meets. He appears to be a gentle, sympathetic soul who has perfectly pure intentions.
In reality, Loki is a stealthy schemer who wants nothing more to realize his dream and to have dominance over people. His dream is to create a perfect world by molding history into his idea of perfection. Loki is truly cunning, savage, selfish, manipulative, and heartless. He only lives for himself and his objective.
Weapon: Cards; one is red with a black border, blue with a white border, green with a gold border, and black with a white border (Specifically, these are what he calls his Nightmare Cards. When used, they allow the victim to experience horrifying mental illusions. For example, the red card shows destruction, murder, hate, bloody killings, etc. The blue card shows mentally heartbreaking images; the lost of a loved one, being abandoned, the illusion of lost hope, etc. The green card gives the illusion of pain to the victim and horrible sickness. The black card makes the victims believe they are in perpetual darkness, shadowy monsters/demons seem to materialize before the victims eyes, etc.) He also carries a small dagger with him, but he uses it seldomly.
Magical Abilities: Loki is also able to use some rune magic like Kathy, but he prefers to confound his foes rather than fight them.
Occupation: Varies. Although more or less he is an illusionist and an alchemist.
Bio: As explained in the personality section, Loki aspires to create a perfect world. He has the ability to transcend time and space through the use of a prismatic object that constantly changes its appearance, which he names the "Memory Preserver". Loki was able to create this through his knowledge of alchemy; which is to say he is an alchemist. Thus, he was able to fashion his Nightmare Cards in this way. As for his childhood, not much is known.

Magical Abilities: Fire Dancer and Manipulator
Occupation: Defense Attorney
Bio: He is the half brother of Clive Dawson, a prosecutor. His father was Ifrit, the fire Esper/Summon Spirit and his mother was human and the same mother of Clive. He seeks revenge against Clive (which is why he went into law, so that he could meet his brother face to face) for personal reasons, probably due to their relation.

Magical Abilities: Black magic spells and hexes
Occupation: Henchman and servant
Bio: Ferras was born to a elven father and a human mother. His father was exiled from his village when it was discovered that he had been with a human woman and fathered a half elf son. Ferras' mother raised him until he was five, but because they were constantly living in poverty, and they were shunned and rejected from every community simply because Ferras is a half breed, she killed herself in despair. Ferras was then forced to fend for himself, living on the streets and doing everything to survive. He found a book of spells on the street one day and he self-taught himself black magic. It is still is most treasured possession and he still has it to this day. When it was discovered that he could use magic, he was employed by criminal organizations to cast hexes on their enemies. Ferras doesn't work for villains because he wants to; it's because he has to if he wants the money to survive.

Bio: Maxim is part of the Ivanov aristocracy; one of the oldest, most powerful, and most influential pure blood vampire families in the world. Maxim is well educated, well mannered and has the money to do anything he wants. He gets bored easily though, and often goes into human cities to mingle with the humans. He lives for the present and only for himself. Maxim has a tendency to side with the strongest in a conflict, because he knows he can profit from the partnership.
