Usually seen in some sort of skimpy tanktop with short shorts, though when trying to look 'professional' she'll wear Capri pants and a long sleeved tight fitting shirt.
Physical Appearance:
Curvaceous to the max, but has a good amount of showing muscle. Can easily lift an average sized man and still move at top speeds. Her skin is a beautiful caramel color, and her hair is very dark in color, but not black. Always has a pair of sunglasses in her hair or on her face.
~Background~
Val hates sharing her past, seeing it as stupid and pointless. She grew up a few hundred years ago in a bad area, one where the different were killed. Ran away when she found out that she was a Bount, and had to kill people to keep herself alive. She's stayed with many old Bounts throughout the years, and hated them all because of their ways. Why should she have to take stupid little innocent lives to sustain her own? This is what has led her to only taking souls of people on their death beds, criminals, and jackasses.
After a hundred or so years of her being along, she ran into Valentine. Though she finds him annoying most of the time, she respects him a tad bit. Her loyalty lies with him and only him.

~Personality~
Extremely blunt. Comes off as uncaring towards most. She hates being looked down upon in any way shape or form, and isnt afraid to voice her opinion on something no matter who she's talking to. Knows how to flaunt what she has, and is quick to try and get into some guy's pants if he can get her what she wants. While seeming like some random slut, Val is sharp as a tack and adapts to things easily. Has a "******** with me and I'll ******** you up" attitude and a smirk on a good day. Has an extremely short temper that shouldnt be pushed to its limits.
~Techniques~
What she likes to call her very own Jedi Mind Trick. Its really just the power of big tits. She has a knack (and is very good at) for distracting men and woman alike into thinking she is a goddess and is to be treated with the utmost respect.
Bount Dolls
Inky Mouse is Val's Doll.
When summoned, he is literally, a small purple mouse with a paint brush. He usually sits on her head with said brush unless she takes it from him to use a technique.
Change What They See:
This technique is used by Val creating an outlining box of something with her the brush. Then, after literally staring at it, she can begin shaping and molding it to her will. Example: You have a wall, and she outlines that wall with the paint brush. After starring for a few moments, the wall begins to look invisible. This technique is only as limited as her imagination, meaning that as long as she knows what something looks, feels, smells, or tastes like, she can change it into something else.
Change How They Feel:
This technique can only be used if the opponent has been struck, cut, or bitten by Inky or by Val. After this, she is able to manipulate their emotions and feelings towards herself, or other people. Because this goes under changing someone's will, it only lasts for a short amount of time (five posts) for even very strong willed people.
Boom:
This attack works as if Val's telling a story. By taking the paintbrush and closing her eyes for a brief moment, she can make things she's seen, heard, smelled, tasted, or felt come to life. Example: If she's seen a black cat with one white stripe that smelled like fish before, as long as she remembers those few details, she can make an exact replica of said cat. The only thing she cannot replicate is voices. She's currently working on that with Valentine.
Weapons and Skills:
Boobs: Yes, these are her weapons of mass distraction.
Pocket Knife: Always has a pocket knife stashed on her person at all times. Is extremely skilled with this, and can easily go head to head with someone with a zanpakutou.
No weapon combat: Val's style of fighting in general is a brawler style, which means she goes in for quick, powerful strikes to the torso, head, gut, and spine. Not many people around can beat her at a regular fist fight, or a bar fight.
Lighter: Always has a lighter on her, she's found that it comes in handy with cheating ex boyfriends.
Extreme endurance and flexibility: Do to her badass attitude, Val has had to train herself to be able to take swings when aimed at her. This has also given her new and funky ways of dodging and countering things.
Ambidextrous: can wield weapons in both hands, but can only write with her right. Also able to punch/kick with both legs etc.
Bar Queen: This isnt so much a skill or weapon as it is a title. Whenever she walks into a bar, people know her.
