Synopsis:
Liadan "Li" Kanyon was once an impatient young woman of the Kinzoku People who listened to the demon in her blood rather than to her village elders. Against all teachings, Liadan left her home Kurayami Realm and sought to strengthen herself and the Kinzoku through the force that seemed so eager to guide her. Although her intentions were noble, Liadan was forced to pay the ultimate price: the surrendering of her body to the demon who calls herself Yanara Simonyi.

What is a Kinzoku:
Centuries ago, in the Kurayami Realm, the Humans discovered that when the Gods had created the world of Kurai, they had accidentally placed awe-inspiring abilities into their souls. They discovered that not only did they live on a Land that was created just for their race, but that the Lands themselves did as the Humans demanded. It was as if the Lands had become the slaves of the Humans, just as the Humans had become slaves to the Lands.

However, for every God, there is a Devil and for every mistake of a god, there is a plan of the devil. Thus was the case with the Kinzoku. The race that was never meant to be born:

Once, long ago, a devil named Kippai traveled to heaven and stole the robes of the God of the Green, Tsuchi. Then, disguised as the Wisest of the Gods, Kippai tricked the smallest village of powerless and depressed Humans into forfeiting their souls in exchange for a forbidden power. Kippai promised the Humans that the power that they would receive would not answer to anyone save for the Masters that he himself had chosen.

Eager to finally be able to defend their tiny village from the rouges of the other Lands, the people of the village Kinzoku agreed to the devil’s deal. With one final statement, the devil Kippai took the souls of the villagers, draining all color of hope and light from their bodies and replaced them with the demons that answered solely to him. Then the devil gave the demons one command: Slay All Life. Even the Humans That Host You.

Centuries passed and the Kinzoku remained in numbers no larger than that of a small village. However small these numbers might have been, they retained the command given to them by the devil Kippai generations ago. Until the day that the Human Hosts rebelled, pushing the demons far into the Nothingness that nurtured them and suffocated them for so many years.

History:
Once upon a time, a Realm lost amongst the Greats. Its universe is small and its people fierce. In this, the Kurayami Realm, there exist the last remains of a once feared and worshipped people. The people of the shadows, the Kinzoku…

Kinzoku are born within the flesh of a Human host. They stare at the host through their eyes and in the reflections of the things around them, sneering and swearing at the name and face that greets them. Although deep in purpose, the Kinzoku hate their hosts with every ounce of their beings.

Yanara Simonyi was no different. Hating her host from the moment of her birth, she grew to call her host “It,” “The Weak One,” and an array of other titles to express how weak Yanara saw her. To the demon queen, it did not matter how strong Liadan Kanyon was to the others of her race, or how haunting she was, or even how she held power over the most fearsome of the creatures of their planet. Liadan Kanyon was but one thing to Yanara Simonyi: a host meant to die when she saw fit.

And so the day came when Liadan Kanyon would pass away and Yanara Simonyi would rise in her place. The day is remembered most vividly through the silver eyes of the demon woman:

I shall never forget the night that Liadan had abandoned the orders of her Commanding Officer without any help from me. I waited and watched as she used a portion of my abilities to track a source of incredible power. I laughed and danced in her heart as the source revealed himself, a renegade elf who had mistakenly chosen her as an opponent. Oh how my laughter filled her mind as he tried time and time again to harm her, only for me to pull her from harm when he least thought possible.

I watched, in rage, as he adapted to my limited abilities through Liadan. It was time that I took the body that was always meant to be mine. It was time that Liadan Kanyon died at my command…

It was over six years since the fall of Liadan and the rise of the Demon Lady Yanara. The years have been filled with anything but boredom to her, each one growing more and more intense with each passing day. It was in her sixth year, however, that things grew… “Interesting.”

……………………………….........................................
I held the world in the palm of my hand. I had a beast of metal beneath my feet that would answer to every command I gave and would ignore the calls of the Others around me. I was its queen and it was my master, we lived together but could not live alone.

I could see before me a wide circle of races. Many not even from the stars that dotted my night sky. Instead, many of those who danced in my vision were those who came in search of something and they learned rather quickly that non would be given unless they appeased me.

Such smart creatures they were, even if they did make my stomach turn with their muddy looks and clumsy bodies. Some had flight and that alone made them elegant, but they still were unfit in terms of everything else and that fact made me sour towards them. They smelled, acted, and looked so much like our Hosts…

I held them all in my hand. I could crush them at any moment. Until the day that an unhappy man rained his fire down from the Black Heavens, forcing me to utilize things that had not been used in nearly a thousand years. The sudden command of powers, the sudden and ancient reactions that my body held without me… made me weaker than anything I could remember and I fell once more into the darkness that my kind was held prisoner in for so long…

It felt like years that I was there, resting, demanding silence and obedience… getting nothing that I was needing or wanting. Those around me argued on how to restore me when all I wished for was rest. To recharge, to play in the newly opened lining of my powers. However, it was not long before their arguments fell to silence: when my other half ripped through time and space.

I had purged her from my body over twenty years ago. She, the Light that burned against my Dark. My sister, the one whom I was forced to share my Gods Flesh with, the one who, when combined with me, created “Yora.” The one who I dominated… had come to banish me from my own world.

She was powerful. I had no idea that such a pacifist creature could be. She looked so much like my Host yet so much like herself. The youthful face, the brilliant eyes, the light that overly filled her body until it poured out from where ever it could. The Light that she pushed through her hands to burn me in my own flesh when I rose to meet her in battle.

She sent them away. All of my pawns. My puppets.

Gone.

Sent away to their own worlds. I could feel her sealing away my own Realm and erasing my world from vision. None would be able to see her again. None would be able to become my newest toys. I would be … utterly… alone…

My rage burned from inside of me as I rushed at her. I wanted her dead. Forever.

I wanted my world back, my pawns back, and I wanted them back sooner than she had erased them.

Instead, she sent me away. To a place where I have no reign and would have to rebuild any metal collection from the surface up. She has regressed me to mere hatchling, and when I find her, where ever she dwells, she will die by my own hands.

Appearance:
When Liadan first ventured into the MultiVerse, she abandoned the drab garments of her people and opted for a more infamous ensemble. With the help of the Crimson Clan of the Anglo Revolution, Liadan was able to adopt the appearance and life style of a young ninja apprentice. However strong the teachings of the Ninja were, Liadan still fell victim to the whims of the demon Yanara.

The demon Yanara Simonyi is a creature of intense and otherworldly beauty with her short, pure, and white hair a perfect contrast to her flexible, black, and leather attire. There is no other creature as beautiful as the Kinzoku whose name is filled with desire and fury. Indeed, she is a being that any would kill to be.

Yanara’s smile spreads slowly and wisely across her face, her lips as red as the life of the fresh flowing blood, and her teeth as gleaming as freshly fallen snow. Her silver eyes shine out from her death pale skin as both a monster and a creature of heaven as she decides your just and severe punishment. Her continence is indeed likened unto that of an ancient goddess of death.

Her body is long, lean, and seductive with the swell of her breasts and hips in every place that a woman would desire. Her torso is flawless, as if she were the walking dead, with her legs as long and slender as the history of time. With her hands slender and pale, Yanara extends her grace to those who are willing.

Personality:
Liadan’s personality is one of a typical Human girl whose innocence will forever be at heart. Although she is never allowed a glimpse of the world except on the rare occasions that it would benefit Yanara, Liadan maintains her good heart and complete faith in those around her. These are the personality flaws that allowed the first Kinzoku in over a hundred years to finally be freed of its Human Host.

Yanara's personality is best summed as that of a Demon. With no allegiances, no heart, and no soul, Yanara travels the worlds as she sees fit. With only one goal in mind, Yanara will do whatever it takes to achieve it - as well as have as much seductive pleasure as possible. To her, there is no line which can not be crossed.

Equipment: (lvl 5)
As a Kinzoku, Yanara requires no weapons. Able to sculpt what she desires in the beat of a heart, Yanara prefers to carry her metal on her skin like that of a permanent armor. With a high defense level, the metal can shift to cover her entire body or mold into a devastating weapon as she sees fit.

Power Levels:
Liadan Kanyon: 3 - Basic Human with minor enhancements
Yanara Simanyi: 5 - mastering ki and energy fields, minor healing, deft at controlling metal around her.

.:Fighting Styles:. (lvl 8 )
Tae-Kuan-Do
8-Step Praying Mantis
Akido
Tang-so-do
Muei-Tay

Skills, powers, and abilities:
Yanara Simonyi’s abilities are common to that of the Kinzoku. They are powers that are manifested as soon as the Human Host surrenders its body to their Cursed Blood and include but are not limited to:

.:Metal Morphing:.

Spines (Lvl 3)
-The gathering of metallic dust to make metal spines. The dust can be from any source, even shavings from clashing metal.

Metal Possession (Lvl 3)
-A basic Kinzoku ability. This ability allows for a Kinzoku to steal metal from an opponent or a nearby source and claim it as their own. This is a common first ability for newly awakened Kinzoku.

Metal Graph (Lvl 5)
-A basic Kinzoku ability. This ability allows for a Kinzoku to steal the metal of an opponent or a nearby source and graph to a normally non-threatening item. This is a very common technique for newly awakened Kinzoku.

Metal Serpent (Lvl 5)
-The ability to gather her metal and shift it into a slender, serpent like, weapon that can be controlled like that of a Chinese Chain. Its strikes are sharp, accurate, and devastating.

Metal Wyrm (Lvl 6)
-The practice of summoning metal to erupt and tunnel through the earth like a living wyrm. The main goal is to knock and crush opponents.

Wyrm's Claw (Lvl 6)
-A version of Metal Wyrm, this attack's main purpose is to knock and pin its opponent rather than crush them.

Glider (Lvl 7)
-The ability to create a lightweight glider to ride warm air currents to a desired destination

Living Armor (Lvl 4)
-The ability shift and adapt any metal on or surrounding the Master into a constantly flowing armor. Heat and cold have little effect due to the constant shifting of the metal and thus protects the Kinzoku within. A more common version of this technique is the morphing of a mask to cover the Master’s face from any who might see them.

Metal Ghost (Lvl 7)
-A simple ability that is not fully mastered until the Kinzoku has been released for a minimum of 4 years. It allows the Master to walk through any metal surface with little or no effort at all. It is common for the Kinzoku to steal metal away from the structure as they pass through in for use later in the operation.

Metal Predator (Lvl 7)
-This attack requires most of the user’s concentration and energy to wield a metal beast in order to attack and track aerial opponents. Kinzoku of a higher level have the ability to ride these birds and be able to devide their attention between the ability and their target(s).

Metallic Spiral (Lvl 7)
-The ability to create a storm of blades surrounding the Master as both a defensive and offensive move. Another form of this ability is a constant spiraling storm of sharpened metal dust.

Shadow Travel (Lvl 8 )
-The ability to move seamlessly as a living shadow but can not create the shadows needed to move.

Shadow Rise (Lvl 8 )
-The second level of the Shadows, this ability allows the user to pull shadows from the surfaces that host them and solidify as themselves. This technique is more commonly used for assassinations than for other, more mundane, tasks.

Healing (Lvl 8 )
-This is the ability to speed up the process of healing of wounds with no help from medicinal herbs or special potions. To this user, it is still a slow process but one that is noticeable to the eye.

Shadow Reach (Lvl 8 )
-An ability unique to Yanara Simonyi and an extension of her Shadow Travel technique. Yanara uses the shadows to reach out and grab items/beings in order to bring them closer for other attacks. This ability can also be used to crush limbs/bodies of an opponent should they be small enough (can easily be used in conjunction with metal mastery by using the shadow to control the metal and cause crushing of the wearer).

Shadow Wings (Lvl 8 )
-An ability unique to Yanara Simonyi and an extension of her Shadow Travel technique. This ability allows Yanara to “grow” wings made of shadow-like substance that Yanara forms from within her own body. Currently, this technique requires much of her attention and energy.

Premonition/Visions (Lvl 8 )
- This ability is reserved to Yanara Simonyi, one that remains intact from before the birth of the Kinzoku.* This ability is not always welcomed but it is a useful technique. This allows her to see things yet to unfold or to see things that are generally not meant to be seen/known.

Mind Spike (Lvl 8 )
- This technique is usually not developed until the Kinzoku has been released for some time. However, in rare cases, the Kinzoku was able to develope this ability early on in their Wake. This skill allows the Kinzoku to pierce the minds of those surrounding them in order to read thoughts/emotions/ and knowledge. Its name is derived from the sensation discribed by serviving humans, "It feels like a spike being driven slowling into your mind."
