In fairy tales, without a doubt,
Everything will turn out for the best
The prince gets the princess
The princess gets the prince
And the hero gets his reward.
Good always wins,
And heroes don’t die.
In the real world
Heroes may die
And acid may fall from the sky
But still, in the life all around
You see happily ever after
In a married couple holding their first child,
A nightingale singing a lullaby
So even though I pull away from my books
I know I can still find
A fantastic happy ending
Here in the real world
