Draco sighed as he walked through the doorway of the slytherin chambers, Crabbe and Goyle were still fast asleep and Draco was completely fine with that. As much as Draco hated to be alone every once in a blue moon he'd wake up early enough and decide to walk around, though he still had to be careful seeing as no one else was supposed to be up yet.

Draco walked silently up the stairs and looked around cautiously before making his way through the corridors of Hogwarts, not really having a destination just looking around at the things he was too busy to notice when picking on people. He walked by one of the many openings leading to the courtyard and looked out at the cold fall day. The trees were loosing their lovely shade of green and gaining a wider range of vibrant colors and Draco almost smiled at the nice cool air coming at him.

But then he noticed what he was doing and scoffed in a very Malfoy way then continued with his walk. The young blond took a few steps forward then rolled his eyes and walked out into the cool air. He looked to his left, then to his right, then his bright blue eyes scanned the area one last time before he ungracefully plopped on his rear, shifted onto his back and stared up at the clear blue sky a feeling of contentment washing over him in this relaxed moment.

No one was here to pester him, no one was here to ask him stupid question after stupid question, no one was here to insult him. (though he usually started the last one) Nope, no one, he was completely alone. Draco sat up abruptly and placed his hand over his heart, what was he doing?! He was always alone no matter what, at home he was ignored and here he was only surrounded by idiots, why was he happy to be alone?! Draco stood abruptly and scurried back to his chambers wanting to surround himself once again with the idiots he called friends, just so he wouldn't come to that frightful conclusion yet again.
