*FLASHBACK*
Tobi looks up at his mom. "mommy, why does Tobi have to go see a horror movie?" Tobi's mom doesn't reply and takes him into the theater showing 'one missed call.' Deidara was forced to wear a pink dress with his hair down. His eyes sparkle in the light from the light post "Dammit Itachi!" Deidara wined. Tobi and his mom sit towards the back of the theater. Itachi and Deidara walk into the theater and sit a row behind Tobi and his mom.Tobi looks back at the girl who looked mad at her... older brother? Tobi shakes that thought away and faces the screen since the movie started. The same blood curdling scream rings through the theater. Tobi covers his ears and clamps his eyes shut. Deidara jumps forward and accidentally falls onto Tobi.Tobi screams out of surprise, but his mom thinks its because of the movie. Deidara starts laughing as he looks up into Tobi's eyes blushing slightly. The way the screen was facing it made Deidara's face look illuminated. "Gotcha...unn." Tobi shoves Deidara off and runs out of the theater crying. Deidara runs after Tobi "WAIT!", Tobi turns and glares at the girl. "What do you want you ugly little girl? You here to ruin my shirt too!?" Tobi looks around to try and find something to throw at Deidara. Deidara loos down and reaches into his nag and pulls out a small clay bird and holds it out to Tobi. "You want to see something pretty?" Tobi folds his arms and glares, but nods anyway. The clay bird flies a little above them and explodes into a shower of color. Tobi's mouth opens bu then he closes it. "big whoop, its colorful, but im still mad at you." Deidara stares wide eyed at Tobi "You dont respect art...unn" "YOU DON'T RESPECT PEOPLES SPACE YOU FREAK!!! Wait...are you even a girl!?!?" Deidara glares "I DIDN'T DO IT ON PURPOSE YOU b*****d!!" Tobi is slightly surprised that a girl would cuss, but hides that. "W-well...a-" but Tobi didn't say anymore. He just turned around and began to walk towards the street. Deidara chases after him. "Wait!" Deidara reaches out and gently grabs Tobi's wrist. Tobi doesn't try and break free when he feels Deidara's gentle grip, unlike what his mother did when she was upset with him. "Please...im sorry...unn" Deidara whispers, tears going down his cheeks. "Please let go of my wrist. I'm sorry as well...but probably not enough for anyone to truly care. Now please let go." Tobi says with absolute annoyed calmness, trying hard not to scream again. "Wait...why are you sorry?" Deidara asks not letting go of Tobi's wrist. "because...i yelled...and i almost threw something at you...just because you fell by accident. Now please let go of my wrist..." Deidara hugs Tobi tight from behind. No one ever cared how he felt and he just couldn't let Tobi go. "please let go...this is the last time i am going to ask before i use force....: Tobi threatens while whispering. Deidara reluctantly lets go. "Are you leaving?" Deidara asks sadly. "You could say that..."Tobi walks out inot the street even thought a car was coming right for him.
*PRESENT*
Tobi screams at the final image of the flashback, sweaty, wide eyed, and on the verge of tears. Deidara hols Tobi close with an alarmed look on his face. "Whats wrong...unn!?" Tobi is breathing to shallow to speak, he escapes Deidara's grasp and runs to turn off the movie before the true scary scene's begin and the second scream rips through his chest. That might not be able to happen in my state right now... Deidara gets up and holds Tobi close to him. "Shh...its ok...im here...unn" Deidara whispers into Tobi's ear. Tobi could still feel the scream in his chest. Deidara's presence only scared him more. "Senpai...if you value your eardrums then get as far away from me and don't come near till i come to you...." Deidara shakes his head "I won't leave unless you want me to...unn""i want you to stay...but i also want you to be able to have hearing tomorrow..." Deidara smiles "my art is loud ill be fine...unn!" Tobi nods, he lets out an even louder scream then even he expected. He screams even more and slowly backs away because of a new image that popped into his mind. Deidara flinched, not because of the scream, but because of the terrified look on his normally happy face. Tobi continues to scream in horror at the the thought. He is now on the floor on the ground sitting on his heels his hands running through his hair looking as if he was going to pull it all out. "SENPAI!!!! DON'T GO OUT IN THE-" another scream rips through his chest befroe he falls to the floor, flat breathing heavily trying to get all the air back. Deidara kneels down and hugs Tobi tight. "im not going anywhere anytime soon...unn" he says sternly. Tobi's breathing slightly steadies but he is still in the same position on the ground. Deidara kisses Tobi gently on the cheek then whispers "are you ok...unn?" "im....not....sure...." Tobi whispers back. Deidara hold him tighter "please be ok...unn?" "i...dont...think....i can.....senpai...." Tobi continues to whisper. "for me....unn?" Tobi lifts himself off the ground to cling to Deidara's cloak. "please help me senpai...." Tobi breathes. "What do you need me to do...unn?" Deidara asks urgently. "Get the image out of my mind...." Deidara kisses Tobi gently "ill try...unn" "thanks senpai...." Tobi says not kissing back at all. Deidara wraps his arms around Tobi. "Do you feel my arms around you...unn?" Tobi nods,"remember this because ill always be here" Deidara says. "but why should i remember if your always here?" "Because someday someone might tell you that im gone. That's why you must remember." "But senpai!!! You just said you'd always be here!" Tobi knew he couldn't win the fight. He also knew that everyone died at some point. Deidara holds him tighter "I will. We'll always be together." "alright..." Tobi sighs knowing its a lie to fill his head. "I want to ask you something unreasonable...unn" "Go ahead..." Tobi says still in the firm grasp of Deidara. "I....want both of us to quit the akatsuki. And then we run off...and live together where no one can bother us. So we dont have to worry about danger, I love you ...unn" Tobi struggles to get out of the very firm grasp of Deidara. "BUT SENPAI!!! What about all the fun times here? What about all of our friends? What about our...relationship? We cant just quit and expect to magicly be happy. Sides...we're S rank criminal who are wanted anyw and every where and we could get killed...just for that title. IF one of us gets killed, then the other one will die as well..." Deidara's grip tightens. "please...just you...and me...forever?" "but senpai...we can be together...even here." Tobi looks into Deidara's pleading face. "Then...lets go on easy missions from now on. Ones the i know we wont have to worry about death." "The last mission we went one with the bank...i htought you died from the crash. Senpai there's no such thing as an easy mission in Akatsuki." Tobi keeps turning in Deidara's grasp to try and break it. "Then...no more missions." Deidara says simply. "But senpai...you dont understand. If we dont do missions Pein will ask us whats happening. If we tell him were not doing missions he'll kill us on the spot." Deidara sighs in frustration "why must everything be so complex...unn?" "Because there are rules Deidara..." Tobi didn't want to say only his name, cause then he knew that ment Tobi was truly mad. "Why cant we just brake them...unn!?" Tobi couldn't take it "BECAUSE DEIDARA!!! PEIN WILL MURDER US!!!!" Deidara sighs sadly "Ill ALWAYS protect you." "but...what if this time you cant? Then what happens?" "Then i die...unn" Deidara stated. "NO!" Tobi almost yells "it'll be me who dies..." Deidara sighs in exhaustion and slumps into Tobi's arms. "I love...unn" Deidara smiles "as long as i can help you too from time to time...unn" "senpai? I am going to go out ok? Ill carry you back over to the bed and once i know your asleep and dont need me im going to get medicine to stop that dumb fever." "no...we go together....unn" Deidara says stubbornly. "no. I dont want you to get an even worse fever. Now please? Let me help you..." "Fine...just promise me you'll come back in one piece...unn" Deidara says while holding his arms out like a little child. Tobi smiles and hugs Deidara and whispers into his ear. "I promise" then walks out of their room and out the front. Deidara smiles and hops out of bed and wanders off towards Sasori's room. Itachi wanders out of his and Kisame's room and sees Deidara. "oi, Deidara-san whats up?" Deidara looks at Itachi with a flushed look. "i..." Deidara staggers and is about to fall face first into a wall. Itachi runs over and grabs the back of Deidara's collar so he doesn't run into the wall. "im fine. i dont need your help, unn!" Deidara says stubbornly even though his body goes limp in Itachi's arms. Itachi blushes slightly, but sets him back down on the sofa. Deidara sighs and closes his eyes as he lays on the couch. "Thanks...unn" he says softly, too weak to say much more. "welcome..." Itachi swallows, man...this is hard... Deidara opens one eye and smiles at Itachi. He returns the smile, but with slight hesitation. "Whats wrong...unn?" Deidara asks confused. "u-uh...n-nothing...." Itachi claims while staring at the floor. "we have know each other since we were really young. I know somethings bothering you...unn" Itachi continues to stare at the floor "How do you know?" "Itachi...you STUTTERING." Deidara laughs at how obvious that something was bothering him. "You really want to know whats wrong?" Itachi asks sadly. Deidara nods, but flinches from the pain. Itachi swallows even harder "a-are you sure you want to do that?" Itachi sits as far away from Deidara as possible in case he did have to spill. "come on! tell me! I wont tell anyone else...unn" "alright...Deidara-san...im...im..." Itachi bit his tongue to spit out the last word "bi..." Itachi hides his face not wanting to see Deidara's expression. Deidara smiles "congrats, so who do you like?" "everyone and anyone...." he mumbles into his hands and at the floor. "You have a crush on everyone?" Deidara asks surprised. "yes...including you..." Itachi mumbles. Deidara looks at Itachi in shock, but Itachi doesn't see the look, but looks at Deidara anyway. Deidara struggles to sit up, flinching once again from the pain. He didn't know if Itachi was going to make a move, and he'd rather to find out. Itachi hurries over to help Deidara up. He wraps his arms around Deidara's waist area and sits him up right. Deidara blushes slightly and looks at Itachi, He sat in Itachi's arms not knowing what to do or how to get out of the situation. Itachi blushes harder, he immediately drops his arms and runs to the other side of the room no knowing what to do with himself. Deidara falls limply, by now, not able to move.Itachi notices but didn't dare go near, instead he called form across the room. "You ok Deidara-san!?" Deidara just lays there in silence, his fever getting higher, beckoning him to go into the darkness. Itachi, unlike Sasori, ran over to the freezer and grabs a bag of ice. He runs back over and sets the bag on Deidara's head. The ice immediately starts to melt. Itachi leaves that bag and runs back over to go grab more ice. oh god. Don't die. Don't you dare die on me! The ice helps a little and the darkness back's off a little, and the fever lowers a little. Itachi returns with two more bags of ice. He sets one Deidara's head to replace the old on, the other one off to the side for later. Deidara wakes up an hour later and sits up slowly. Itachi is sitting on the other side of the room again and is staring out the window. Deidara waves lazily at Itachi, Itachi gives a small nod but continues to look out the window. Wonder if that fever mad him forget...probably not... ********. Deidara frowns at Itachi, but not one of anger. Itachi sighs and heaves himself up out of the chair and walks over to Deidara. Deidara waits patiently for Itachi to come over. Itachi gets to Deidara and smiles "Your ok." "For now...thanks for saving me...unn" Itachi gives another smile "Anytime..." Deidara hugs Itachi and then tries to stand. Itachi wraps his arms around Deidara's waist to give him support. "thanks...lead me to my room...unn?" Deidara asks while looking up at Itachi with his blue eyes. Itachi smiles and nods, he scoops up Deidara and carries him to his room, setting him on the bed. Deidara lays on his side with his elbow propped up and his head on is hand. "Thanks...so...what have you been up to?" Deidara asks casually. Itachi gives a huge smiles "Taking care of you Deidara...and...im...really enjoying...." Deidara laughs and rolls on his back. "Lets play truth or dare...unn" Deidara says randomly. "uh...ok....sure?" Itachi says unsure. He lays down next to Deidara on his back as well. "you first..unn" Deidara looks at Itachi. "ok...dare." Itachi says staring at the ceiling looking for patterns. "Compliment hidan's hair...unn" Itachi smirks "That's an easy one!" Itachi pauses then begins "I think Hidan's hair is the most lush, soft, and great smelling of all Akatsuki!" "tch...my hairs way better...in all of those...unn" Deidara claims nodding. Itachi smirks again "actually...mine better....sorry." "we all know my hair is best!" Deidara laughs. "Fine..." Itachi huffs while smiling to himself "for now..." "What do you meen 'for now'...unn?" Deidara asks uncertainly. "oh...nothing..." Itachi rolls his eyes then looks back at Deidara a little more serious, "alright, truth or dare?" "I want a dare...unn" Deidara says. "alright...i dare you to insult Sasori" Deidara looks at Itachi with horror. "Oh come on. If I can compliment Hidan, you can insult Sasori." "Sasori-danna has weird hair, unn" Deidara flinches slightly form the insult thinking Sasori was in the room. "alright...good enough..." Itachi nods in satisfaction. "You your...truth or dare...unn?" Dare" Itachi states, "Alright then, i dare you to die your hair pink for a day...unn" Deidara grins evilly at Itachi. Itachi's mouth falls open in shock. "w-w-w!?" Itachi tries to say 'what' but shock is to overwhelming.
