Another sunny day in Preva. Well at least in the Upper Quarters. Something is happening in the Southern city area. Poverty is expanding largely down there, seems like it's all going to turn into slums. Now even the city turned a blind eye and the guards left the area. Now crime has risen in that area, leaving any remaining houses of nobles in danger of being raided and torn apart by gangs and thieves. Everyday it's getting progressively worse. My name is Matthew Bellamy Stockholm and I plan to stop these crimes.

My brother Christopher Wolstenholme Stockholm is the same age as I am, we are twins but look distinct. I am quite radical with my decisions wanting results right now so I get crazy wanting justice served. My brother however is quite patient but shares the passion for correcting things. We both work for the Previan investigation squad helping solve crimes and putting wrong doers to justice. But I decided that we (as in my brother and I) needed to take action even if the city didn't. We would try to fix the slums when the city tries to ignore it. Well we didn't know exactly how crazy that thought was and the troubles we got into.
