There is always going to be a dark tunnel. One full of no hope of return and dispare. Everyone has to go through that kind of tunnel at least once in a life time. But If you have hope and think light thoughts not dark ones than you will get out. You can't be the darkness you have to be the light. Never lose sight of your light. Try not to give into the darkness. It's not easy but if you trry you can do it.
