my gosh i need to update this...= O
Ah Europe (part 1)
well, it's been over a week since i got back so i guess i should start telling people how europe was. oh man, where to begin! from the beginning sounds like a good place to start doesn't it?

England

hm hm hm...England. well the first day there we didn't get to sleep at all. except for what little could be gotten on the 7 hour plane ride over there. im not so sure about many other people, but i didn't get any more than five minutes worth of sleep because the stewardesses kept bumping me with their carts, people going to use the restroom kept making me jump, and finally, when no one was moving around, and baby started to cry = /. lovely flight over....but i digress....

Ok first stop. some castle. it's not really all that important because we couldn't go in it and i can't seem to remember the name of it. wasn't all that interesting anyways. then we got to walk around the tiny little town around it. nice little place. i remember seeing the whitest guy i ever saw go running by in a blue biker ( like lance armstrong, not harley davidson) outfit. hehe was the strangest sight we saw so far....
ok so after that we visited the John F Kennedy memorial. nice quaint little park. bit boring...but it was nice.
then a long bus ride to london.....where we were dropped off who the hell knows....but we had to walk thru a street full of performers and those human statues. amazing, strange, and downright sick some where....
then we went on the London Eye, which LOOKS like a giant Ferris wheel, but technically it's not. idk what the hell to call it then....but it was pretty cool. woulda been cooler if we got to sleep so i didn't go to sleep standing up.= / i can't exactly remember if that was the last thing of the day or not but that was the last pictures i took of the day. i think we had more of a little bus tour around london, then went to eat, then more of a bus tour, and thankfully to the hotel. omg...i never passed out so fast in my life.

end of day 1...nice

ok so next day...basically a bus tour of london...most people just slept thru it XD we got out in some areas like buckingham palace to see the changing of the guard. honestly, i don't get it. woohoo a big parade every god damn day to change the guard...all these people gather in hopes of glimpsing a royal....ooookkkkkaaaayyyy.......nice but really?really?

the next day...a walk around london, but first a visit...or more like a lecture...from a former parliament member, Patrick Nickels. Although i could only understand about half of what he was saying, i have to admit that was a very interesting talk.

next day....i think...idk anyways...we spent a good half day at Warwick castle, which was basically turned into an amusement park without all the roller coasters. ok basically imagine Cedar Point (or another amusement park near you) and take away all the roller coasters...bumper cars...every thing really fun...ok so all you have left are food stands and maybe some little random activities (games, sideshows, etc.) and you have warwick castle. i would have really liked it there except it rained the whole damn time. stressed we got demonstrations on shooting and arrow/preparing for a war, fighting with poles, and coordinated sword fighting. only one dumbass kid got hurt tho. a gash on his head because they were messing with the swords too mcuh. oh and did i mention these were REAL swords? yeh...they were dull but still pretty lethal. tell me who had the bright idea of letting a bunch of crazy a** teenagers handle a real sword no matter if it was dull or sharp?

alright, last day in london. why not visit china town? yes they had a china town in london! ah-freakin-mazing that was! although i have to say the chinese food was better than it was at home *but* i had some later in amsterdam that was a helluva lot better...and it's making me hungry just thinkin about it....anyways back on track. so that was the first time ever i ate with chopsticks....needless to say my hand hurt and i was frustrated by the end of the meal.

the next day we visited stratford upan avon, the church, house and grave of shakespeare, and stonehenge before finally shipping off to france. no litterally shipping off. we took a ferry over the channel....

and to be continued in another entry....
