I just finished reading a book on swordsmanship. It talked alot of Zen and Buddhism and how to use the sword and postures properly. Made me realize I really need to read up on Buddhism. It would help me control my mind and for once I would be able to concentrate on one thing and not get distracted so easily with meaningless things that could wait til I was done with what I was originally working on.
Now to find myself some good books on Zen and Buddhism and start to read up on it. There was another religion I was gonna read up on called Asatru. That is gonna be one very interesting one to read on.
